We had a fantastic day very friendly made very welcoming do not force you or hurry you x give you time and really listen to your requirements and can do anything to make the Dre's you want customer to what to want no matter how big or small I would highly recommend to go there first saves you going anywhere else wasting valuable time we said yes to the dress becausebyou know straight way which one is for you so much selection. There was nothing we could say we didn't like Evan down to the little treats. Perfect

We found most of the dresses were a very reasonable budget plus you can plan which a lot of people don't know.

Abigails collection is really like no other shop, Abi is amazing at what she does and makes me feel so special. I really struggled to find a style I felt amazing in when I went to other shops but Abi knows her dresses and knows what suits. You can tell she loves her job and her energy is just fantastic. I will be telling all my friends about this shop, I dont know what I would have done without her!!

Abigails Collection is THE place to buy your wedding dress from. You get a one on one service which no other shop I visited offered. I was made to feel like a princess and like I was the only bride to ever to visit the shop. It was lovely to be offered a glass of wine on arrival and I even received a phone call a month or two before the wedding to make sure the plans were going ok. My bridesmaid dresses also came from here and all the girls said how fantatsic the service was and how beautiful the dresses were. Buy your dresses from here....I would recommend them to anyone.

I had the "Abigails Collection" experience back in 2006 when I purchased my wedding dress for my June 2007 wedding. I can honestly say I loved trying the dresses on, the attention to detail was second to none and I received a very personal service. Abi was polite and friendly and made shopping for a dress a very relaxed experience.

I would highly encourage any bride to go and meet Abi and let her help you find a dress. You'll be impressed.

This was the first and only wedding shop I went to to buy my dress. I found them while seaching on the internet. they had a sale event. I just turned up and tried on half a dozen dresses and didn't really expect to find the perfect dress that day at all. They were so friendly and helpfull and even though it was a sale event and was busy they didn't rush me at all. I'd definatly try them if your looking for a dress

I had a great experience at Abigails collection. I had found the shop on the internet by chance and had fallen in love with an alfred angelo dress! I booked my appointment for a few weeks later on a saturday. I had no idea of what such a great experience it would be. My mum and I were there for nearly three hours and in that time I tried on all different types of dresses including the one I had fallen in love with from the pictures online! However it was a different dress that turned out to be the one!

Over the rest of the weekend, i started to panic about whether i had chosen the right dress and i contacted them the following week!! they were great and quickly arranged another appointment for me to go back in. As soon as I went back and tried on the dress again, my fears disappeared, this was 'the one!' I can't imagine what this reception would have been like at a different bridal shop. The service they give is outstanding and they make the whole experience a memorable one.

I bought my bridesmaids dresses from Abigail's Collection and loved booking an appointment knowing we would be the only ones in there and have undivided attention as and when we needed it! Being greeted with an offer of drinks and not being rushed made the whole experience wonderful. I could not fault the staff or the shop itself in any way!

At Abigail's Collection you are made to feel so special. One to one service, drinks, chocolates, comfy sofa's, romantic music. The best place for service I have been too out of about 6 in the Chelmsford/Colchester area.

I have been to quite a few shops in Chelmsford and Colchester and none of them are a patch on the service you receive at Abi's. Alterations on dresses are very reasonably priced too which is a refreshing change. Every bride to be, bridesmaid and groom should experience this one to one service.

I had a great experience last Saturday. The shop staff have good judgement and taste and their priority is ensuring the customer has a great experience. It was the best customer service ive ever had and was a wonderful afternoon. I will definately go back. They also asked for feedback which is a a very positive sign of a shop continuously striving to be the best they can be. At no time did i feel rushed or pressured. The shop layout and decor is lovely and relaxing.
