Like The Reviewer Before Me Said The Sound Is Exce
Like the reviewer before me said the sound is excellent for the price. However that, becomes immaterial when you consider how damned temperamental the thing is. It's a total lottery from day to day as to whether it reads the CD or not. A friend of mine has one and his does exactly the same thing.
DO NOT BUY unless you revel in frustration.

Nad C521bee Review - If You Can Put Up With Trying
NAD C521BEE Review - If you can put up with trying disc after disc, switching the damn thing on and off for half an hour at a time to get it to recognise discs you will (eventually) be rewarded by a truly wonderful sound. I love this CD player, I just don't have the patience for it!

I Replaced My Marantz Cd5400 Cd Player With The C5
I replaced my Marantz CD5400 cd player with the C521BEE player and C352 amp. No matter what you listen to the Nad sounds exciting. The Nad has a sense of detail and atmosphere and at just £200 its amazing value......if you are on i budget i urge you to audition the C521bee you won't be sorry.
