Do Not Buy Anything From Them... They Never Sent Me My Item!

I purchased something that claimed was on stock, paid for it and never received it, The company does not have a phone number where you can call and make a claim and everytime I sent an em-mail asking for proof that my item was sent they would only reply they did send it and it was not their problem that I did not receive it. For the record I have made lots of online purchases to the same address with other sellers and never had a problem. So if you don{t want to pay for nothing... I would recommend not buying anything to these guys.

Worst Online Company I Have Come Across By Far!

waited 7 weeks for a pair of headphones to be dispatched by this company, even tho i waited paitently for these headphones when they arrived they where not the right type or what was described in the product discription, tryed to get a refund or exhange and they refused, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they have no intrest in anything but your money once you order an item the money will leave ur account instanly but the product wont arrive for months and if it does it will probly be wrong or faulty after reading all these reviews.

Very Poor Service

I ordered an alarm clock on the 6th of December and received a standard email saying delivery in 3 to 5 days. Tried to contact many times aftr deadline passed but only got automated reply. Their phone line was not available due to christmas demand. Fortunatley as I paid via Amazon I was able to cancel ordered. Received an email on 2nd Jan 2013 from Purelygadets saying as item is out of stock order has bee cancelled. (This was only because Amazon had stepped in to sort it out)

Thanks Purely Gadets for spoiling our christmas present for our grandson with your extremly poor service.

In future will read all reviews on companies before placing orders

I would stongly suggest people stay clear of this company

I later found the exact same alarm clock for £10 less and it was delivered within 5 working days. Just shows some companies can do it.

The Worst Customer Service Ever

I ordered GPS goggles as a B-day present, paid through Amazon payments system. Straight after than I found a cheaper price elsewhere and used a link on Amazon's website to cancel the order straight away before it was despatched. I received a confirmation of my request and thought all was well. Then I receive another e-mail saying that my order has been despatched. I tried to phone them but was given a 16 minute waiting time, I tried to e-mail and received an automated e-mail saying that me query will be answered in 24 hours. By that time the order was with me, precisely what I wanted to avoid by cancelling before the despatch. I then requested a pre-paid return label, or possibly that they matched the price on the other website. The latter suggestion was just ignored, and to the former they said they couldn't oblige as "that was not the service they offered".

I find this all very unpleasant as they just ignore your requests, they do not give a meaningful answer and they procrastinate in replying to correspondence. Wouldn't recommend the site as customer service is rubbish.

Shocking Rubbish Service

Ordered an item that shows to be 'in stock' on their website and then chase for a month to receive it. Eventually get though to a sales person who recommends I request a refund as no signs of the item in stock. Receive an email from PurelyGadgets stating the refund will take 2-3 days to reach my account. 3 weeks later and nothing. Emails ignored. Web-mails ignored. Their phone lines are down. This company can not handle their orders. To make matters worse, it was the beginning of November I ordered the item - not even in the Crimbo rush period!

Use any online site but no PurelyGadgets!

Shocking Company, 5 Weeks And Still No Delivery.

So these guys are really terrible. 5 Weeks ago I ordered a pair of Gunnar Advanced Eyewear glasses. A few days later (4 infact) I was emailed to say they had non in stock and had a backlog, and would offer me an alternative product.

They then said the product was dispatched. Two weeks later, still no delivery. I'm on the phone to them and they say my current product and the alternative are both out of stock. Even when they said It's delivered?

After three weeks and numerous emails, they say it's finally shipped out and the process is completed. Two days later, they send me ANOTHER email saying dispatch will not be "for another week, end of the week".

Good job I paid through amazon payments or i'd be shafted.

Purely Gadgets " Bunch Of Lying ******** " Avoid Avoid Avoid

The web site says in stock so placed an order to be delivered to my local tesco store , and when i turned up at the store to pick it up they knew nothing about it and when tesco called them the purely gadget "customer service" person told tesco it wasnt in stock and didnt know when it would be again , i called purely gadgets myself the next day and they said it was deffinatly in stock and she would email me with a delivery date the same day ,,, yeh right " called again the next day to be greated with the same lie , checked my email a few hours later to find they emailed me saying sorry for the back log but other customers are prioritised before me and they were unable the give me a delivery date . i ordered a prescent for my daughters 16th birthday which she now wont recive !!! tesco were very helpfull and im now waiting for a re-fund . please dont make the same mistake as me , i think tesco have should be more carefull who they associate with , i expected more ... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

My Best Phone

Absolutely gorgeous styling and fabulous phone. Have yet to get the hang of using it but have only had it a day and I am over the age of 14 so this becomes more difficult!!!!!! :-)

Quick Delivery Website Needs A Bit Of A Makeover

Very quick delivery product was fantastic order two items and both came without any problems just feel the website could do with an update as it looks a bit outdated. Overall I would order from this website again without hesitation.
