Had a great experience dealing with this company. I contacted to say I was having a problem with the size of one of the items I purchased and was told that a replacement would be sent out and that I could keep the item in question to do whatever I chose with ( I donated it to a charity shop). The items I purchased were of excellent value and I will definitely be shopping with this company again. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase home furnishings.

We had great service even though we and Facrory2U were let down by the third party delivery company. Factory2U did everything they could to put it right and get our suitcases to us before we went on holiday. Would recommend them and would use the again.

Every sheet was damaged, there are holes in them, they are stained and have other dirty marks on them. Absolute rubbish! I do not know how they have the audacity to even sell such poor quality items. 10 cheap sheets not fit for purpose. Do not waste your money.

just bought 2 12"" deep fitted sheets for my bed. Absolute bliss!!! No more of the dreaded pinging of the bedding during the night as regular fitted sheets are nowhere deep enough for my matress.

The Hungarian goose down duvet 10.5 tog I bought was the best out of 4 different companies I bought from and returned.Keeping this one is a real good find.The quality is outstanding compared to all the others.Well done house of emily and Factory2u for your keen prices!

This is the second memory foam topper I got 3 inch one for the main bedroom & bought a 2 inch for the spare room and I can say they are fantastic they are so comfortable my beds are both firm but the toppers make them nice & soft. The best thing is when you order any thing it is delivered within 24 hours which is amazing & the postage is free, I can highly recommend this company.

Placed an order with delivery promised for up to 4 days. No problem. Informed that goods despatched and would be with me on 3rd day (via FedEx)

About 12 on 3rd day I enquired if they Factory2U could give me a tracking number so that I could check out the delivery status.

Within minutes I had an email from FedEx with the details.

Order arrived a little after 2pm, well packaged, exactly as described.

The best part of dealing with Factory2u though, was the fantastically helpful staff when I called them.

The Factory2u.company responded rapidly to correct a mistake on the size of sheet I had ordered. The deep fitted sheet I ordered did not match up to the size stated on the package. After notifying them by e-mail they quickly responded and supplied the correct depth sheet. Extra care was taken by the company ,measuring the depth of the sheet before dispatching it to me. I am delighted with the replacement sheet as it fits the mattress perfectly. The response was quick and efficient.

I purchased a Hungarian duvet from this company and the duvet was fine at first but I have now had the duvet over a year and half of the duvet is just flat. When I hold it up to the light there is hardly any filling at all and hardly even covers half of the stitched pockets. I paid a lot of money for this duvet approx £150 as it should last many years but I can't use the duvet. It was meant to be 13.5 tog but because of the filling the duvet is flat and cold.

I have filled out 2 contact forms and have had no contact from the company, there customer service is appalling. Never again would I purchase anything from them as I feel they are selling faulty goods with no quality, the items are just cheap made. They say they are honest and trustworthy but this is lie.
