Sim Only Deal! Got Cash Bak As Promised!

I gave it a chance despite the negative comments, it was the best deal for a SIM only contract and it was well worth it!! The SIM card arrived fast, contract was changed withouth any problems and after a bit more than 3 months I got a cheque for £ 60.00 as per the deal. The only thing is that I did have to call them to remind them that I was due this (Given that the deal was automatic cash back after 3 months), I was surprised that there was no excuses the guy on the phone was really apologetic and he said he will arrange the cheque to be sent to my address.

Dangerous!!!...

C r a p service, CRACK & WEED smoking shop

Sold me a phone as new and it was well old

Trying to sort it out with the person I dealt with & is like getting a blood sample out of an unicorn

I would not trust them to hold the door open for me let alone run me a bath

I still have the phone framed on my toilet wall as a souvenir and every time I look at it I have to hold myself and not spit on it

Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.

Rubbish Communication & Service- Do Not Use!

Was phoned 10 days prior to my upgrade date and offered an "early" upgrade with my sim being activated on my upgrade date. I was happy as this would be easier than me phoning or going into a phone shop. I received a text and email confirmation saying my phone was ordered and also told it would take 2-4 days to deliver. 10 days later still no phone... phoned the customer services no. Spent hours on hold repeatedly! Sent an email to customer services... still nothing! Phoned Carphone Warehouse who were also useless and kept putting me on hold... finally found another number and got put through to someone on "upgrades" who told me nothing had been ordered. I mentioned about my email and text which also had the guy's name who emailed and text me on. Apparently I'm not due an upgrade til my upgrade date. Was offered another upgrade from my upgrade date and told that the guy I spoke to will be investigated! I told them to cancel it and I won't deal with them again. Terrible customer service. I will stick to using a phone shop for my upgrades in future. Avoid at all costs - its just not worth it!

Felt it only fair to write a review since I nearly didn't order due to the feedback I read here and and on trustpilot. Ordered a Sony Experia because it had a 'free' computer, and I needed one because mine had just packed up. Mine also had cashback. Phone came on time, computer came a week later (and is OK, big memory but slow processor, but no grumbles for the price). Now, 7 months later, just applied for my first cashbook, worth £60. Sent the documents and sent it recorded post as they recommended. Cheque came back 2 weeks later. So, no probs; only 4 stars because they have a phone number which you have to pay for.

Ordered a phone from then, and changed my mind. Emailed them to cancel the phone, but they sent it anyway. Sent it back - You are entitled to with distance selling regulations. Used recorded delivery so I know it was received back. Then they kept hounding me for money for the contract, and then sold on the "debt" - This kept passing from one debt company to another. I have a file an inch thick of "begging" letters. I have no doubt this will have effected my credit rating, but they will not extort money out of me.

Stop This Phone Shop!

I ordered my mobile phone through this website as it came up with the best deal at the time - being a complimentary gift of a refurbished Kindle Fire. This was the only reason I used them rather than another supplier. I received the phone a week or so later, without the Kindle Fire. The paperwork said I should have received my free Kindle Fire prior to receiving the phone, so I called One Stop. After 20 minutes on hold I was told I should receive the free gift in the 7 days following receipt of the phone. Okay. I then got a letter saying that one stop had signed me up for the gadget helpline service at a cost of £3.50 per month and that they would bill me for 6 months in advance and that I couldn't cancel this subscription without the agreement number, which I would receive in the next 7 days! I called up as soon as I got this number and they said that I still couldn't cancel it with the Gadget Helpline as although I had the agreement number, the paperwork wouldn't have been received at Gadget Helpline. I felt this was a delaying tactic, in the hope that I would forget about cancelling it before the first payment for 6 months cover at £21.00. For something I had never signed up for. Anyhow, a month later and I still haven't received my Kindle Fire. The Customer Services dept say they are not allowed to pass on the name of their Manager or Company owner. Customer Services also aren't allowed to make calls out of the office - so they can't offer to look into something and call you back. You have to phone them again which, on average, takes about 25 minutes to get through each time. Not happy!

Pleasant Experience, Was Use Again

Ordered from this website because the contract was the best I could find for the phone I wanted. Took two days to process, so not next day delivery as advertised, hence only 4 stars. Phoned up to cancel because of the bad reviews I read on here, but the customer service guy was really polite and helpful and told me it had been processed, it just hadn't updated on the website, and out it turned he wasn't lying, as the order statues updated an hour later. Phone arrived 2 days later (I phoned him at 7.30pm). Would recommend to a friend and use again.

Great Deal

After reading so many negative reviews on this and other sites I was pretty apprenhensive about ordering from one stop phone shop. But they were the best deal I could fine and I have to say mine was a pleasant experience. Ordered phone on thurs for fri delivery but arrived on sat afternoon was kept informed by email about the slight delay and when indeed they processed order. tracking through yodel was easy and so far there is no problems with the phone. took one star off for the gadgit service that you have to have with the phone but cancelled as soon as I recieved their email so overall great quality phone at unbeatable price, would definately use again.

Just What I Wanted

Found One stop phone shop through Moneysupermarket. I was very sceptical based on other people's reviews but felt the deal with o2 and a free Samsung tablet was too good to miss. It's been completely hassle free. Ordered on 23/04/13, got login details for the website straightaway and could track the order. It was delivered on 24/04/13 with no problems. The phone and tablet look great. I haven't had to speak to anyone and no cashback so not had the problems some people seem to have had.
