Prince Of Persia: Sands Of Time Is A Piece Of Gami
Prince Of Persia: Sands of Time is a piece of gaming beauty. It's highly addictive and is a skilfull blend of puzzling and fighting. It is useful for beginners trying to break in to the platform genre, and quickly introduces the need for well-combined moves. I sat down and played this over two days, and was sad to see the end of the game. Although it has little replay incentives, the pure enjoyment of it should fuel the determination to come back to it time and time again to beat the game quicker and quicker. The graphics are smooth and crisp, the gameplay is excellent, a definite 10.

Prince of Persia: Sands of Time is tremendous! While there are some challenging fight scenes it has also a good measure of puzzles - so you need to be smart and quick with your fingers!

"Prince of Persia" is basically a story told by the main character "The prince of Persia" about how his father's greed for a neighbouring country's land and treasures ended in peril and what the prince tries to do to reverse the action.
Right from the beginning, an excellent cinematic cut scene appears that looks more like out of a computer graphic film than a PS2 game. After the cut scene a rather clever in-game tutorial appears at the bottom of the screen. A very clever feature as it means people who cannot be bothered with the tutorial, or who have seen it before, don't have to sit through it again and can continue playing without it interrupting their fun.
It is soon after all of the tuturial instructions have gone away that the first puzzle arrives. This is quite an easy one if you read the instructions at the bottom of the screen and is meant just as a taste of the things to come.
Later on in the game an it allows you to command time. This is great because it allows you to have a second chance if you die in the game and you can just rewind time to before you get killed. A good feature as it allows you to take more risks without having to start all over again which is great for those challenging puzzles mentioned in the summary.
Soon after the start of the game you should have your first battle, and most others after this are virtually the same but just a tad more difficult. This means that at some points in the game, you're just going to hate it whenever an enemy appears as a boring, repetitive battle awaits.
The second and last flaw is that sometimes the challenges just become too difficult and I found I just got bored with them and had to take the game out of the PS2.
Other than those flaws and, to some people's opinion, the lack of multiplayer, these should be the only flaws you find in a great game.

This Game Has The Best Graphics You Could Hope For
This game has the best graphics you could hope for in an action/adventure/strategy game. It allows you to do things you can't usually do on other games. i.e run up walls, swing on poles, climb up pillars and can even turn back time if you fall or die! The only problem is this stupid woman, who is on your side, keeps getting in the way.
P.S When you finish this game you get to unlock the original Prince of Persia 1! so it's like 2 games for the price of one!

Prince Of Persia: Sands Of Time On The Playstation
Prince of Persia: Sands of Time on the playstation 2 is good for beginners like me. It is a platform game which means running, climbing and acrobating around the screen and the occassional fight. The graphics are great and the storyline is okay and gives you a reason to be running around. Admitedly I had to use a walkthrough to cheat, because sometimes its impossible to tell where it is you should be going. Some of the moves are pretty cool and like really good but are not actually that hard to do. The best bit of the game is that using the sands of time you can bring yourself back to life when you misjudge that jump or run into that blade one too many times, I would not of had the patience to keep starting again.
