cda ci393 absolutly awful only 1 setting works others will make the machine bounce around damaging my work surface due to during wash it randomly spins we dont fill it too much its a 5kg and rarley gets half filled let alone full if use anyother cycle other than (L) it will bounce around whether its got clothes or not porest quality machine EVER!! Dosnt take the detergent down leaves lumps whether using liquid, capsuals, or powder it wont dissolve we have to use little amount of powder or it dosnt intake to machine or we have to pour some water to flush it down spin speed is dreadful get clothes out and can wring water out then if we put it on a spin again it shall go to fast and sounds like plastic scraping and stinks of burning before we had a argos branded machine and wish we kept it it was so much better with a selection cycles and understandable sometimes timer gets stuck on cda and had cheaper machines do a better job the clothes come out smelling if left in machine for over hour clothes never smelt the same in this machine weve tried everything and when cleaning the machine it dosnt rinse the bleach we use to boil wazh the machine out bassicley useless may az well wash clothes with a hose pipe would comeout better than this useless rubbisb !!! Ratings would be no star but have to choose 1 DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE OR ANY CDA PRODUCTS

CDA C1950 machine, lasted about 9 months before irratic malfunction. Completely failed after 2 years (now out of 12 month warrantly) - drum undamped, only one programme works and no thermostat. great!

I had a "FREEZER" broke down just inside 5 year warranty. Paid £89:50 for an engineer to call. After numerous telephone calls,many broken promises re. a call back, 3 visits and wrong parts the appliance was deemed irrepairable. CDA walked away with my money and then offered me a paltry discount on a new "FRIDGE". It was at that point that I threw the towel in and admitted that they had won.

The most frustrating set of people I have ever dealt with.They do not have a clue about Customer Care. Lies, broken promises and incompetence. You would have to go some way to better this lot.

DON'T TOUCH CDA WITH A BARGE POLE. You'll live to regret it.

Bought both the washing machine and dishwasher with a Tescos kitchen, had to have the engineer out to both within the first month. Then the washing machine stopped working again a month later, engineer said he'd have to order new parts, still waiting for it to be fixed three weeks later! Absolutely rubbish - do not not use Tescos for a fitted kitchen and never choose CDA!

I have had a CDA washing machine for 5 years. I have a large family and therefore my machine can be on 2 /3 times a day. I have found it to be totally reliable and excellent value for money and have recommended CDA to many friends, none of whom have been disappointed.

We had a kitchen fitted and were recomended CDA appliances. Too many faults and problems to list. I have replaced all of them. I cant emphasise enough don't buy CDA its rubbish

stay clear of anything CDA. I bought these as thought a company that gave 5 year guarantee must be safe wrong, oven door glass shattered whilst cooking, microwave was practically rebuilt had 3 faults in first year dish washer is a waste of time as for them covering repairs that just a rip off as you have to pay them to come out, just gives them an extra money making avenue as far as i can see, should have kept to buying second had stuff, never had this must trouble with appliances before,never again!

Asolutely hopeless.will not hold the spin speed selected,after setting a 100 spin it finishes with a 500 spin clothes dripping,go to spin programme the same set 100 spin it cuts itself down to 800 .what rubbish wish id never had it ,GO FOR A REPUTBLE WASHER

I had CDA appliances when they were recommended by my kitchen fitters.We had a washer which took forever to complete a wash cycle,that is when it stayed still for long enough.It had a broken dispenser drawer and top lid which was cracked on delivery.After much falling out with customer service we had it replaced with a product of lesser value.We also had a microwave that the motor went in and this took another 8 weeks to get replaced.We also had an sv500 oven which the door fell apart and had to be replaced,when the new door fell apart they wanted £120 for a new one.Now the oven has stopped working and despite being under guarantee we have to pay£89.50 for a call out.this is a company that i would not recommend to anyone as the stress of getting anything done and the way that they deal with you on customer service is dreadful.I wish that I had never had any of their products,or even heard of them.

Have a cda integrated washer put in june2009 as to this moment in time i cannot get it to stay on 1100 spin, at the end of a 60degree wash the final spin goes down to 700 or less at times. You have to give a separate 10 minute spin cycle set at 1100 revs to finish your wash, absolutly hopeless wish id never seen the thing
