Leasing 4u

Unless the vehicle goes back as it arrives ( impossible ) after 25000 miles they hit you for loads of extra costs , I lease about 15 vehicles for my company, I will never ever use leasing 4u

I ordered my car before lockdown and understandably the delivery date was delayed. When lockdown had eased the price had increased £9 per month which was above my initial budget so I did shop around for other offers. In this time I received an email saying they 'need to know in 2 days' which I thought was quite stern for a company that had just increased my monthly payments. They then sent me an email before 7am 48hrs later to tell me that it was 2 days since the previous email. I responded saying continue with the lease and completed all of the required documents and payments. Now they are not giving me a delivery date. E-mails come with a phone number on the bottom which presumably you should be able to ring as there is nowhere on the website to tell you otherwise. I have contacted them numerous times with no response. I have emailed with no response. They have gone from demanding a decision from me, to now ignoring my calls and emails.

The emails that are sent are out of hours between 6am-7am and if I have responded straight away I don't hear back for days, if at all.

Can someone help me get my car.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Completely rude and unhelpful when asking for info on deals they may have. Emails were very short and abrupt as if I was bothering them. Would not recommenced.

These guys were great until I had a problem. When I was taking out the lease they said 'We'll be here for you throughout the contract whatever happens'. Shortly after I took my lease out I lost my license which is my fault entirely but their attitude changed immediately. I just wanted advice and some answers to my questions but they couldn't be bothered. The last time I called them the guy who I was dealing with, he thought he'd put the phone down at the end of the call but he hadn't and I could hear him. He'd promised to find out my options on the lease. I heard someone shouting at him Don't bother with her... and he said 'I'm doing nothing for her, I'll leave it an hour and email her and tell her I couldn't find out anything".

If you are going to go down this route I'd at least find another firm. This lot are nasty wide boys that will drop you like a stone should you find yourself in any trouble.

Now that my car has arrived (Citroen C1) I'm over-the-moon! It looks great, drives great and the price was better than any other leasing company on the web.

They initially said it may take 2-3weeks for my vehicle to arrive, but it actually only took 1 week- even better!

The only negative I would add, is that you have to sign a document that commits you to fulfilling the contract (or pay a £1,100 cancellation charge) before they send you further documents with all the terms and conditions. I had to ask to be sent the terms and conditions, as they did not do this automatically. But to be fair, when I asked they sent them straight over. I would just recommend anyone else did the same- as there are some important things in there, such as what defines acceptable wear and tear, and what happens if the car is stolen or totalled.

Overall, I'm really happy, I have a shiny new car, that will cost me about the same as the depreciation would cost if I bought a new one, and in 24 months I can have another shiny new one instead!

I've never leased a car so we did a LOT of searching around. To be honest, Leasing4u weren't at the top of our list simply because their prices were so much lower than other sites.

However, after speaking with various leasing companies, we decided to give Leasing4u a go. They were very helpful on the phone and we customised our quote too (adding additional miles pa).

The whole process was a doddle! They were quick and very clear in what information was needed - and fast to respond when I was making the many requests for information.

I even got emails from them over the bank holiday period!

We started our order process around 3 weeks ago and today I took delivery of the new car. It really was very simple.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone and should we need to lease a car at the end of our two year period, we'll definitely use leasing4u again.

(One more thing - I couldn't be at home to take delivery, so they re-arranged to have the car delivered to my office - perfect!)

Excellant customer service, good deals on the site. Would use them again once my lease is up.

Excellent and professional service. No problems whatsoever - definitely will recommend to all my friends. Called back when promised, car was delivered when promised, no problems with payments or documentation. Overall a really great service.

This is the first time I have leased a car and they made it painless to get the car i was after.
