Brighter Image Tooth Whitening Gel

his place is horrible The customer service is terrible and the product is worse. I have had four sets made all were wrong The first one made me look like Mr Ed. The teeth were huge and the wrong color. The rest of the sets were warped and never fit and always the wrong color So now five months later, I have no veneers and no refund They just cut off all communications. They like to say the "Director is handling or the Office Manager will call" like they have some importance. They take the money and don't provide the veneers This place should be shut down

Ordered for a lower appliancein January of 2014 its November 2014 and still don't have anything even fits into my mouth. Believe everything you have read!

I returned their package, USPS, after reading reviews about the company. I sent it back without opening it. The company has refused to return the $700.00 dollars. It has been five weeks since I sent the package back to the company. Every day I have called requesting my refund, I get the telephone excuses that the accounting department is handing the situation and that they will be contacting me. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME, Every time I call they say that the refund is in the accounting department. I don't have a product and never wanted one. So it seems that I have made a $700.00 mistake, and they have taken advantage of of a 74 year old person. 

Read the terms and conditions very carefully before and everyday after you make your purchase. They are constantly updating them and changing them. Most of the so called after photos on their website have been photoshopped and are not real or they are employees. On page 2 of the shopping cart there is a photo of a lady with short hair named [name removed], but that is not her real name. That photo is [name removed] herself! They are very nice in the begining but once they have your money they no longer care about you. If you even receive your order it will take months and month for you to get it. It will be stuck on the model made from your impressions and they will claim it fits and is covered under the terms and conditions. Did you know that [name removed] does not have any dental experience? This man is not qualified to make veneers. The "Lab Manager" worked in a Photo Booth before working for this company. [name removed] former business experience is window tinting! He doesn't know anything about teeth. Report this man to every organizatioin that you can including going to your local news. This company needs to be stopped! Their teeth whitening gel is a joke too. They offer 30% and a 38% but it only comes one way and they get it in 5 gallon buckets. They have it squeezed into syringes. They use a black one and white ones. =

I can't believe how many negative reviews I am seeing. I started using this company years ago and have recommended them to so many people, all of whom love them too. I noticed a difference within the first application. I do mine overnight and have rules I follow to make sure there are no probs. I generally receive my products within about 7 days (but I am in the UK and they are based in the US). I had lab processed trays and as a nurse I have had so many complements on my white smile. Most of the nurses at my work have all used the product too on my recommendation and have all loved the results.

I top up my smile every 4-6 mths and it only takes a couple of applications to get it back to snowy white. I have previously used whitening strips which were horrible and made my tooth enamel feel bad. I don't get this with the bleaching gel from brighter image. I make sure I don't brush my teeth before application, or it seems to react with the toothpaste, and if my teeth got sensitive with prolonged use, I used to do alternate days. I have had such amazing results, love my smile and everyone else can't wait to do the same. :) It was also amazingly good value for money and I will continue to use this and be proud of my smile.

Please tell me where to join this class action suit?

Please don't buy anything with Brighter image. It is a scam. They ripped me off $ 598.00 for nothing. They trapped their customers with contract of no refund. Charge your credit of debit card without your authorization.No update from them till you call them. Too many excuses and lies. They are rude. The first veneer broke on me the first time I tried it on. To me it is just a cheap plastic veneer. They offer me a redo but the second one made me look like a monster. I have a permanent bridge and they want me to take it off and replaced it with their veneer. The only person that can do it is a dentist but impossible. I want my money back so I wrote a letter of complain to the Atty. General, BBB and Federal trade commission. FTC want a class or group action complain to represent and not just individual, so if you are all willing to join in a group so their lawyers can investigate them, that would be great and hopefully we can have our money back. Just let this website if willing and we'll go by there. Thanks for all your reviews.

Brighter Image sent the product and proceeded to debit my bank account for months afterwards. These charges were not authorized by me and I was lucky to catch it when I did. The bank issued me a new card which solved the problem but I was never refunded any money. The quality of the product was very poor and inferior to other tooth whitening gels that I've used before. In fact, the gel is not really gel at all but rather water in a syringe. I would never buy from this company again.

I ordered my vaneer on January 25th.. I was told I would have them in 3 weeks. Called them up about 3/2 weeks into the process and was told by Clara that she was sorry that they failed the final inspection and were sent back out to be fixed and that this process will be another 2 weeks..Fast forward to February 25(a whole month later) Called and spoke with a gentleman on the phone and he promises me that I will be emailed and called later that day.. NOT..... Sent another email up March 2nd and was told by Clara that unfortunately they failed inspection again but they are in the lab making another pair..... So I wait again... NOTHING>>>>> Emailed Clara back again ON March 22 she tells me how sorry she was but they failed inspection again... But as we speak they are in lab and I will have they by March 31.. Today is April 4 and still nothing.. Called and spoke with Laurie today and she expresses her deepest apologies but they are just not looking right at final inspection again... So she informs me that they will send me the veneer they have and as soon as I get them to call them and tell them how they fit. This would be the best thing for me to do in this situation ...Im calling the attorney general...The company im speaking of is teethwhitening.net or smarter image...

i ordered the top veneers and the whitening gel i recieved the gel and custom trays but not the veneers i paid 598.00 for after reading all the reviews i want to kick myself for not doing my research first go to your dentist in spanish there is a saying that cheap things come at a high price i was trying to save money and got scammed
