I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 late on Wednesday afternoon (4.39pm), chiefly because they had stock, were the cheapest, and had next day delivery.

I did not get an email on ordering to say it had despatched, so assumed I had missed the cut off point, but NO - email and phone call the next morning confirmed it had already shipped, and at 11am it arrived.

I know next day delivery is nothing new, but so often orders placed after 12pm are not sent the same day, so this was great service to Co. Durham.

My wife is very happy with her new surprise tablet.

I ordered an Antec Kuhler 920 H20 back at the end of Jan 2012. I had a manufacturing defect with the provide and contacted After Hours Ltd through Amazon and they issued an RMA for me.

Seen as I was still able to power the fans and pump through my motherboard, I didnt want to have a long period where my p.c would be out of action. I then contacted them again at the end of July 2012. I was worried that they werent going to issue another RMA... however, I couldn't have been more wrong!

I sent the Kuhler back to them and literally, the next day they had issued a replacement and send me a brand new Kuhler - not just the parts that had been broken. They contacted me throughout the process to keep me updated and their service was unparelled. Definate 5 star rating and I'd reccomend anyone to use this very respectful business.

I ordered this on the 28th, last week on the wednesday. I ordered "next day delivery", expecting it to arrive on thursday or friday. It didn't arrive on thursday, friday or saturday. I checked the website of the people delivering the product (Interlink Express) and they were apparently closed until the 2nd (this week's monday). I feel the website should have told me this somewhere, however this is only where it starts to get bad. I called them on wednesday when it still hadn't arrived. They said that it would be here on thursday, and they would email a tracking number to me. No tracking number was emailed and it wasn't here late afternoon on thursday. I called them again and they said that the one they had meant to send had broken and they would send another to arrive today (friday), as well as email me the tracking number. I recieved no tracking number and it didn't arrive today. Called them today and they said that the supplier had "lied" to them and they actually didn't have any in stock. They said they would get it through someone else and deliver it through TNT delivery, and it will arrive on monday. They finally gave me a tracking number, however it apparently doesn't represent any package being delivered by TNT delivery. Hopefully this because it takes a night to process, however I won't keep my hopes up. So it will definitely be 12 days late for delivery, if it arrives on monday, which I am not reliant on.

Bad customer service, will not be ordering from here again, regardless of whether they provide me with any compensation and how good the product is.

after looking at many other site's i came across after hours, and boy am i glad i did, been looking everywhere for these headphones that actually were in stock, ordered at 2.30pm on friday and they arrived the next day by special delivery, not only were they the cheapest place the delivery service was excellent, most certainly going in my favourites for my next purchase, highly recommended store, top job it's a pity other companies don't offer this level of service
