I called them and it cost me 1000.00 to get started and 65.00 a month to work on my credit. I got a list of houses and sent them in they PROMISED i be in a house in less then 3 months what a joke. Every house i call on was sold or the listing house was not on a owner carry program. I ask for my money back and what a bunch of lairs they said we gave you 3 houses to get into " they never called the owners to see if they was ale to a owner carry" and i never got my money back. in fact after sending all the emails and promises that the company made they return all my emails back and said they did there part. BE CAREFUL with is company" check them out there are companys that do have owner carry and help with your credit free, I know i have a nice house and the company is helping me get on track

I call this company in June of 2014. First person told me or i will say he promise me and my hubby would be in a house less then 90 days. If we sign up for credit management. So we did they told us it would be 160.00 a month ""never told us it was a 12 month contract" Then said it would be 1000.00 dollars to to get into the rent or lease to own program, Had us do the 7 steps for the home buyers portfolio. And calling this company is crazy i have over 600 calls to this company leaving messages and nothing. finally in Aug i got a list of homes what a laff. they dont use your portfolio one house wasnt even there others where all ready sold. one will i would have driven over 75 miles a day to work. When i call the lady back and told her, she promised she would start over again. I got a email from the lady on Aug 21.2014 stating that there company did there part. I call everyday after that email leaving messages and sending emails to her.i finally get email on the 28 0f Aug with this

"Unfortunately, I was

unable to come to the office yesterday and today. I will

need to speak with you about your account on Monday. Thanks

for your understanding."

then on Spet 3 i get this email " Good Afternoon,

Today, I checked the market in your desired area

and surrounding areas. I found some properties that are

listed as available for one of the alternative buying

methods and have called on them. As of right now, I am

waiting to hear back from the agents. Once I do, I will

let

you know. I will also begin work on your Wish List

tomorrow.

Also, I reached out to him today and

asked him to give you a call. I hope that you were able

to

speak with him and clear up any frustrations you may

have

had.

Never heard from Him.I sent this email on the 9/10/14

Since Mr him has never call me i have cancel my lending edge account im now asking for the refund of my money of 995.00 since your company has not up held your end of the contract.

I would like it return within 14 days from today

nothing not even a email or answer back till today and 3 more houses and yes i did laff again cuz the one house is 51 miles away from my work that is just one way.. the other two i have already fill out a app for them

please don't waste your money with this company.. if you want a company that can hep you with your credit and in home ownership leave me a message i have really did allot of looking cuz i know im out the money with this company please don't let it happen to you

I too ran across this website, but I decided to read the reviews first. So glad that I did!! People please keep other people informed. Noone has money to throw away, and to the couple that reported to the BBB, GOOD FOR YOU!!!!WE MUST STOP ALL OF THIS STEALING !!!!

These people stole our ad that we had posed on craigslist and spammed it about 10 times in every city on craigslist. We have received hundreds of calls in the last 5 hours. They can't even make up their own posts. Horrible!!!!!!

I really have'nt experienced anything wrong so far they actually been doing a great job with me thanks to the team effort I have moved on to the last final step of this program. I like how they guide me threw these steps this is my first time buying a house so I dont think there out to get anyone.

Ownerwizis not for anyone that doesn't have money to waste. I am a single parent of 2 and divorcee,with that being said I have no money to waste and that's exactly what I did. These people take your money, make you believe that you're making progress and then nothing!! I've never been so disappointed with a company. It seems as though they only have 2 representatives because every time I've called I've spoken to the same 2 people! If you put your money into it then you've just been won. Someone needs to pursue a lawsuit!!!! DON'T DO IT!!!! I can't even rate them a zero because that would still give them too much credit.

So far so good ,,,,,,it's a lot of house to choose from it which is very good we are expecting we gonna have our place very soon. Thank's !!!!

i like the fact that there straight forward no hidden agendas I and my husband went straight thru the program needing some help very excited to get to the end and hopefully settle so we can finall y plan our honeymoon to Jamaica this is a must but first we decided that ownerwiz was going to help so we put everything Else off and they helped us to get our lives back on track get close to my parents and in my comfort zone thanks owner wiz.

Step 1 you use a credit card and pay $1 and actually sign up for credit monitoring.

Step 2 you are supposed to receive home listing by email.

Step 3 Lexington Law firm is a company that wants to charge $99.95 per month to repair your credit, i.e., remove negative items

Step 4 After you sign up and are charged $99.95 for each month; then you will be told you will be emailed a list of homes in the zip code you are looking to rent to own.

Step 5 If you do not cancel the credit monitoring you will be charged $25+ per month; the credit montoring company will reduce their fee down to $9.95 per month and $99.95 per month.

This is a ripoff. Give them your information and they will take your money.

I got scared after seen all the review about people losing money with Owner wiz...I got as far as step 5 and stopped ...how can I get back my $109.00 is there a class class action law going on with this company...please let me know.
