How Did You Grt Yout Funds Back

Had a poor experience investing my money; it wasn’t simple for me because I was tricked numerous times. Up until I came across the recovery specialist, I had almost totally lost all of my money. She helped me, helped me get my funds refunded, and helped me all around. In just 5 days and with very little work, I was able to reclaim my cash. I’ll give her my utmost respect because she is sincere and honest on all counts, and she helped me recover what I lost.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.

They have no issues contacting you to sell a car but we’ve had our car less than a month and it has broken down. We have tried for over 24hrs to contact customer services and left several messages to which no one has bother to call us back.

My vehicle broke down but I managed to get it home. I phoned them at 5.20 pm no one answered then a message said leave name and number and customer services will contact you back. I left a message stating we had broken down and need assistance urgently but still no one called back. I left several messages over 24hrs but no one called.

I phoned the contact details and this time didn’t request customer services and got to speak to an agent. She was very unhelpful and very rude. I asked could I speak with a manager and she said no managers were in. While speaking with her she slipped up and said her manager informed her that we had to call for recovery. I then pointed out she had lied and requested I speak with the same manager as she did and she replied no when asked why I couldn’t she didn’t give an answer. She refused to do anything to help. We explained to her, who refused to give her second name that we had two small children who we would struggle to get to school and by me and my wife work and we wouldn’t have a car and requested a courtesy car to which she refused to organise for us just stating we would have to make an appointment with branch and that a courtesy car was available they would give us if not then they wouldn’t.

My advice to anyone considering buying a car off this company would be avoid them at all costs. They only interested in selling you a car and don’t want to know if you have any issues with the vehicle we had this car for less than 28 days. Shocking attitudes from staff. Please please please avoid this company at all costs.

Update. We paid extra for the warranty which covers roadside assistance which we called at 5.45 pm and was told someone would be out by 06.45 pm at the latest. We then revived texts stating 07.10, 08.20 and the 09.20 pm so decided to call them back to be told 10.20 pm and they state they can guarantee someone would be out at that time. Decide for yourself if we have received a good service or not.

Update 2. AA the company employed for roadside assistance by Trade Centre Wales to either fix or recover the vehicle didn’t turn up instead sent another company Lanes to inspect the car. Couldn’t fix at road and can’t recover vehicle. We are paying on top of the finance for roadside assistance and or recovery £50 a month on top. Do not buy a car off them, don’t take the extended warranty package out as it’s the most awful service me or my partner has received ever. The Trade Centre Wales you should be ashamed of yourselves. Let’s see if I can speak with someone on day 3 of the issues.

Update 3. Emailed asking for manager to contact me, they emailed asking what’s it about so the right manager can contact me so I said a complaint about a vehicle less than 28 days old from themselves which is broken down and this is the 3rd day of trying to get it sorted and then nothing back. I’ve contacted them to speak with someone and they had to send an email asking for someone to call me back urgently. I won’t hold my breath.

Update 4. I have to arrange for vehicle to be collected from my address to their address between the hours of 8am to 5pm. Won’t give me a a courtesy as they are all out. My vehicle booked in for repair 20th September. Honestly they don’t give a poo that they are giving a terrible customer service. I hope anyone who takes the time to read all this doesn’t go and buy a car off any of their locations.

Feel Cheated On Price

We trusted the Trade Centre were honest and more than fair with their car sale prices however immediately after purchasing our car for £13999 we discovered an exact same model was being sold by another main dealer for £2000 less and the mileage was lower.. Shocked by this we immediately submitted a form from the car Trade Centre Wales ‘Price Promise’ web page - after sending the required evidence we were hopeful they will come back with some refund or at least offer a fair compromise. We tried to make contact with someone from the marketing team for 2 weeks and we felt we were being ignored. Eventually someone replied via email saying we didn’t meet the criteria due to a different colour! This was very disappointing as we trusted the dealership would keep to their price promise guarantee.

We have been loyal customers for last 6/7 years and also this was our 4th car. Sadly it will be the last car purchase by us.

Sold Me A Faulty Car

Within the first month of purchasing the new car the engine light kept coming on making it unsafe to drive as the engine stopped running properly. Took it to trade centre’s garage for them to look at it. Said it was the camshaft timing sensor and that they just had to reset it so its fine. A week later the light came back on. Again, took it to the garage, they said and did the same. Guess what happened another few weeks later? The same. This looped about 4 visits the the trade centre garage leaving me without a car for several days each time for the first few months. I then was advised to take the car to its manufacturer (Alfa Romeo) for them to sort the problem out. They said the same and reset it. A few months went by and the light didn’t come on until around 7-8 months after buying the car, the light came on again. On top of that the window regulator cables had broken and the gear box as well the rear windscreen wiper motor wasn’t working properly. I ended up having to get the car towed to the Alfa Romeo garage at one point. Its just had so many faults and expenses that I shouldn’t have experienced after the way they described the car when selling it. I ended up finding a garage who knew that a big 7-8 hour job needed to be done on the car to fix the root of this problem as all these other garages were too lazy to fix it. Luckily I had insurance with RAC to cover this (which was also a nightmare to claim because they’re a total ball ache of a company swell). This came out to an £800 job that trade centre didnt want to cover as it had been over 6 months since I bought the car EVEN THOUGH I had been communicating about this problem to them after 6 months had past.

Disgusted that they didn’t tackle this car’s issue properly once and for all before putting the car up for sale. When the guy at the garage checked the history of the vehicle they also found that this car had actually been towed a few times before with its previous owners.

Don't Shop Here

Brought my first car here and never again would i use this joke of a company.

Today ive had to my pay out £400 for my car to be unclamped, this is due to Trade Center Wales NOT SENDING OFF new owner ships documents!! I paid my first year road tax direct debit but when my road tax was due for the second year it couldn't be renewed as DVLA had no record of me or my address! (DVLA couldn't let me know I needed to renew or to continue with my original direct debit). This is down to Trade Centre Wales!!!! Its my first car and had nothing but problems with Trade Centre Wales right from day one wish i never went there!!

Please be aware 4-6 weeks after you buy a car you should have a new long book and owner ships papers! I wasn't aware of this and its cost me a lot of money!!

When i decided on my car I was told there was only 1 key (I wanted two keys) when I said i was going to walk out they then said there was two keys to the car.

They agreed to put new tyres on the car as the old ones were low on tred, but when I picked my car up they had used SECOND HAND tyres and also changed my alloys without asking or contacting me.

I was also told I would get a locking nut when I pick up the car (didnt receive this until a week after me having the car!)

Took about three weeks from the day I picked and put my deposit down on my car and the day I drove home in my car!

Dont waste your money or time with Neath Trade Centre Wales!

DO NOT GO THERE. AVOID FINANCE AT ALL COSTS. After having a car on finance five month ago it was plagued with an intermittent issue. Juddering and miss firing. Their mechanics lied to my face to get rid of me. Had to go through the finance company and get the diagnosed my self. Even when their own independent engineers look at it and aknowledge the issue they instantly say we are not liable even though it was present from day one. I'm still dealing with the issue how ever I can see me being left paying the finance and having no car.

Don't Even Deserve 1 Star...........stay Well Clear!!!!

Phoned the Neath Abbey showroom and was told they had the car I was looking for so my wife and I drove an hour to get there only to be told they haven't had one of those in stock for a while...........even though the guy on the phone told me they had one AND EVEN GAVE ME THE PRICE???

To cut a long story short I ended up buying an Audi at nearly £14k on finance. After a week or two found myself on the phone to their useless Customer Care department due to the car making strange engine noises. I have had this car for less than a year and the gearbox has gone so I am now going to have to find over a thousand pounds to repair a car that they sold for £14,000 less than a year ago!!!

What an absolutely horrendous place!

There were other things like the rude obnoxious salesman who followed us around chatting until my wife said she was going to buy next month, that soon got rid of him! Literally didn't even say a word just turned on his heels and vanished! Superb customer service!!!

False Adverts And Cheeky Staff

I heard their advert on the radio and had a look at their website. The generic i-stock business photos and over the top self praise should have been the first warning sign. Be warned, the stock shown on their website is either fake or not linked to their actual stock records and never updated.

Apparently they have a 2015 VW Golf with the mileage TBC. They also had a 2014 Audi A4 and a 2013 Merc. (Apparently)

I visited the show room and immediately noticed several staff members look up and stare like a group of meerkats. The closest one to me couldnt contain himself before latching onto me like a face hugger from alien. This was warning sign 2.

Warning sign 3 came when I explained I was looking for one of these cars I had seen on the website only to be told they were no longer there. I was particularly interested in the 2014 Audi A4 from the website so when the face hugger asked me what my budget was I told him it was the price of that vehicle I had seen.

He told me there was nothing there at that price unfortunately but showed me several older vehicles that cost £2k/£3k more than the one on the website.

I said that I'm not interested in what he was showing me to which he replied "You are expected a little too much for your money".

I showed him his own company website on my phone and asked him why none of those vehicles were there and why all of these older equivalents were more expensive.

Instead of answering the question he actually asked me to take a seat while he tried to find me the best deal they had.

I politely thanked him for his time and left. Before I beat him to death.

I'll never go back

Overpriced Skips

I bought a car previously from Trade Centre Wales and was relatively happy with the purchase. I went back to look for a 7 seater as our family is expanding. The range of vehicles was terrible. The quality was shocking. All the vehicles I viewed were filthy inside and out, dented, scratched and smelled like a cat's behind quarters. The salesman was pushy and garbled on and on with what seemed like a fountain of false knowledge.

The idea of spending around £10k on a flimsy French rust bucket to replace my solid 58 reg Golf GT Sport was peverse! I came in with a £1k deposit and a decent credit score. Still, the finance company they chose quoted me a sky high monthly payment and they refused to negotiate on a 19% rate?!

Stay away from this harrowing place. I'd rather put my unmentionables in a large vice.
