Appalling Quality And Customer Service . Belfast Store

Great service when buying an item . Not so great when taking an item back after the bracelet broke in 2 after being worn for literally one hour.

Never ever ever buy from this store .

Beware Of Ordering From Links Of London Web Site

Over the years bought several LoL items for my wife, she particularly likes the brand. This year ordered a watch from their web site in late November as a Christmas present but when I took it out of the box prior to wrapping it found that the watch strap was not properly attached and came loose. This was on 7th December so returned it as instructed on the LoL web site, and using the tracker it was received by their warehouse on 11th December. From then on it's been nothing but promises that a refund was approved and a was being processed. Numerous phone calls and emails later, it's now 2nd February, and just received email from LoL saying that refund had been processed and it will take 5 to 10 working days to reach my account, so that's over 40 working days since they received it at their returns warehouse. Not holding my breath on a timely resolution, experience so far pretty dire so managing expectations. LoL definitely off the shopping list, awful experience that we don't want to have ever again. So beware of purchasing LoL products from their web site and be warned that if there are any issues with them you are likely going to struggle to get a resolution.

Worst Service Ever

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Spoke with a gentlemen the order was placed to have charms attached to the sweetie bracelet for my mom I received it 3 weeks later without the charms being attached. Told to send it back with FedEx they would pick up and it would be free of charge and I just received an invoice in the mail for FedEx shipment - $34.22 !! On top of it the promotional gift of the sapphire earrings because I spent over $350 was NOT IN MY PACKAGE FOR CHRISTMAS and neither was the “complimentary charm” I was given. Got charged twice for my order and wasn’t refunded until 3 weeks later. Called and called and emailed his personal line and never got a response back. I had to take to Facebook messenger of the customer service department to receive my free gift from the promo, refund and my complimentary charm. NEVER been so disappointed in my life with customer service. What a joke. Seems there is no one else in customer service except the person I dealt with who answers the phone and I have never been so furious of a company in my life. Definitely my first and LAST order.

Poor Size Of Braclets And Chains

I was bought a braclet and chain for my Christmas ,really like them but also dissapointed as the braclet is to small and the chain is to short so cant wear them .

Lost Amulet Cuff End Stop

Having bought an 18kt Gold Amulet Cuff towards the end of August I was most disappointed when I realised, after only having worn it two or three times, that I had lost the cuff end stop. I had bought the cuff from a local shop, the charm I wanted for it I bought on line directly from Links of London. I decided to contact Links of London by 'phone to ask if I could buy a replacement stop. The lady from the Customer Care team was so polite, friendly and helpful. She explained what I had to do, there was no charge, and the item arrived, together with a lovely covering note, a couple of days later. Having read one or two previous reviews referring to the same item and the dissatisfactory result, I can only assume "the powers that be" have also read them and decided improvements were needed.

Horrific Customer Service

Bought a bangle bracelet & was not comfortable to wear it. I decided to take it back for an exchange to a much more expensive item. The person I dealt with from the Toronto Eaton Center location did not allow the exchange. He claimed that the item as used the fact that I've tried it on. He offered to do the exchange only if he deducts 20% off the original price. Incredibly poor customer service. Never again I'm purchasing anything from this line.

A lot of my colleagues claim that their items are not the best in class. Poor quality. Follie Follie ..... Links of London, will see you spiral down!!!

Rope Bracelet, Frayed After A Couple Of Months, No Repair

Links are the worst customer service retailer I have had to engage with. they sell expensive jewellery, my daughters rope bracelet frayed and broke after a couple of months and they refused to fix it or replace... Saying it was normal wear and tear.. So if you want to buy jewellery that lasts a Lifetime... forget Links.. as their policy is not even four months. Rubbish customer care.. I have bought items for my wife overs the years.. Never Never again.

Gift Exchange

I was given a gift for my birthday, it was something I had. I didn't want to ask the giver for the receipt so I tried to take it in for an exchange. They wouldn'tt entertain it without a receipt despite me explaining it was a gift and no receipt was given. I emailed head office here and in Hong Kong and they both replied the same way. Over the years I have spent a lot of money in Links but this sucks. Other stores do not have this policy. I wasn't asking for money back. My advise. ALWAYS AS FOR A FOR A GIFT RECEIPT AND INCLUDE IT WITH THE GIFT.

Before you make another purchase with LINKS OF LONDON you should know:. Customer Service Manager they will not repair nor replace items that FAIL after 1 year.

"As the bracelet’s thread is hand woven, we do not offer any cleaning or rethreading services due to the delicate nature of the material. Also as the item is no longer in production and not in stock in any of our locations, we cannot offer a replacement."

WOW!! LINKS OF LONDON!!!

It's jewelry!! I have an expectation that it will last more that 1 year.

Appalling Customer Care And Poor Quality Items

Do not buy from this shop the items turn out to be poor quality and when faulty they lie!!

Was bought what I thought was a lovely surprise thank you present silver bracelet which broke 2 days ago when removing to have my chemotherapy, returned to the shop today thinking it would be no big deal they would just apologise and would replace the item with something of the same value as would be expected. Instead I was accused of standing it to break it which I just ridiculous and that it had to go to quality control so they could say what happened which is laughable as surprisingly they were not actually with me whilst in hospital so not sure how they could of witnessed it!! I was so appalled and shocked to be accused of lieing that I immediately rang customer services directly and emailed as requested fully what had happened thinking this was just a one off but no they then rang back later not to apologise but again say there was no fault with the item which I can't quite get my head round as it's bloody broken so clearly there is a fault, also how they determined this via quality control is a photo off it not actually seeing the item itself, honestly I'd be p***ing myself laughing if I wasn't so angry what a joke......

I wear and buy loads of jewellery and have never a) had a bracelet/bangle break like this especially only 4 months in and at £150 b) ever received customer care/service like it especially from a premium brand so I would say to everyone out there it's a rip off DO NOT BUY FROM THEM there are much better quality and nicer brands, companies that do beautiful Jewellery and treat there customers well.

It's unfortunate that two items I ordered and paid for an express next day delivery for, because I was traveling, did not arrive before I travelled and is yet to arrive five days after the order was placed. I've made all efforts to get to this company to no avail. I really don't know how to feel.
