I am still undergoing my transaction with Geraldonline.

Their customer service is unbelievably bad, they do not update you on your order because they have no idea about it themselves. I sent multiple e-mails when I had heard nothing of my order's dispatch after a week. They responded to none of these e-mails. In the end, the only way I managed to contact them was via their Facebook group 'Gerald Online India'. Had I of realised that they import all of their stock from India, I never would have bothered in the first place. I fully realised this in the quality of the items when they eventually arrived near Christmas day.

The necklace I bought does not obtain a hallmark anywhere on it, at all, not even on the clasp. I suspect that it isn't gold, silver or any precious metal! They are completely ripping customers off, importing from foreign countries with absolutely no proof of authenticity to their goods. Please don't make the same mistake I did, you'll probably regret it, and if you have already, then you're probably reading this review!

UPDATE, it took a following 2 weeks to receive a refund, even though I shipped the goods back via Royal Mail special delivery. An all round awful experience.

The rings are not exorbitantly priced and can be purchased if you save a little more than usual! But guys, in the end, it was the ONE I had always wished for!!

We have ordered a couple of things from Gerald Online now, entirely based on getting good value for money - other aspects are disappointing.

Delivery times quoted as 3 weeks due to items being made to order but note that payment is taken immediately.

The ordering system was very slow and flakey (had to enter order twice as first order froze) and provided me with no email confirming my order and no follow up emails giving me updates on order status, something which even the smallest Ebay trader tends to do these these days.

After 3 weeks I chased the order status via email but I did not even get a reply.

Fortunately, the item arrived a week later but not very impressed with the whole customer experience.
