Murano Glass Red Heart Drop Earrings

Although I cannot fault the delivery and the quality of the earrings I was really disappointed by the look of these earrings when they arrived.I appreciate things may differ slightly from online photos but the red hearts look a lovely subtle red with an appearance of blown glass in the picture but in reality are a plain bright postbox red making them look very garish.I bought these as a special 50th birthday gift for a friend and am so unhappy with them feel unable to give them to her and as earrings cannot be returned have now wasted my money.

Appalling Customer Service!

I don't know what’s happened to Pia since the two previous good reviews! I see that other review websites contain up-to-date comments re Pia’s lack of communication, and now I am adding mine.

On 29th October I placed an order for four items. Two of them arrived in good time (two stars for that), with a note informing me that the other two would follow on 20th November. I heard no more.

I emailed on 6th and 9th December asking for an update, and received automated responses telling me that “We will answer your email as soon as possible”. They didn’t.

I rang today (11th December), and a friendly young man informed me that one of the items wouldn’t be back in stock until March 2015, but that the other item is in stock, and they could send it to me “if you like”. I did wonder out loud why the company hadn’t sent this item on the promised date, nor bother to let me know about the out-of-stock item or even reply to my emails, but I didn’t have a go at HIM about it, it’s not his fault.

However, I did ask him (very politely) to let the management know that because of their lack of communication, and their poor customer service (i.e. lack of interest in their customers), they have lost me, my sister and my friends who buy lots of jewellery from Amazon and Murano, all year round, not just in the run-up to Christmas.

Amazing Customer Service

I purchased a ring for my girlfriend in late December, not wanting to give away what I was getting her as a gift I couldn't measure her finger, regrettably I got one that was too large!!

Upon contacting Pia in mid February thinking, there is no way they will let me return this as it has been far too long. They informed me that they will never make you keep anything that doesn't fit, perfect!

I returned the ring 3 days ago, I was contacted by a very friendly guy on the phone just making sure I wanted a full refund, not trying to palm me off with a gift voucher or anything like that!

I will defiantly be using Pia again. Keep up the good work guys!
