I had never heard of the company before but the price was so good I gave them a go. The item arrived really quickly and I was really pleased with it, I would definately use them again and would highly recommend, I saved about 50% off normal price....

Bought some afttershaves and paid for expedited delivery. On receipt found they had been sent without box packaging. There was no warning in the product description regarding it. Also the container they were sent in was filled with rubbish paper instead of proper packing material. I needed them urgently for gifting so had to buy urgently from a local shop. Will never buy again from this company.

I ordered a perfume for a friends birthday. 3WEEKS AGO. And it is till not delivered I am digusted, especially since I paid extra in order to recieve a quick delivery. I was not notified for a long period of time and left a message by mobile which nobody bothered to call me back. I then emailed several times. Apparently there had been an issue with delivery. If I had not emailed, I would have never received the parcel. Now I am embarrassed to have to tell me friend that it will arrive in a couple of days after she has waited one month. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I used this company when my favourite blusher was no longer available in the shops. It came up on a Google search when looking for my particular shade.

I ended up buying two blushers and a lipgloss.

All three products arrived in pristine condition, bubble wrapped and in a jiffy bag. Ordering process was simple and secure, and items arrived in 2-3 days using the (reasonable) standard postage option.

I would definitely use these guys again and am tempted to buy up all the blushers while I can (especially at such a fab price!)

I received my first ever order from Direct Cosmetics just before Christmas and was very happy with the products sent. All items were clearance but in pristine brand new condition, very well packaged and shipped quickly to Germany at reasonable cost. Hope they keep it up as I am going back!!!

Products were easy to find and you can search by picture or name,they also had tips and hints. I was in search of some summer makeup and they had a good selection of Elizabeth Arden products and best of all they were cheap!.The customer service was good and my order delivered quickly.Would I use again? Yes I would.
