Staff are caring and happy to help. They go out of their way to assist. Knowledgeable about their stock. Easy to talk to. No question too trivial. Answered all my enquiries and was made to feel welcome. Overall a great service. My place to go for my pets needs. I highly recommend Harrogate Pets at Home.

Went into pets at home and got served by the store manager. I needed help as my elderly dogs were having very serious tummy issues and I was at my wits end with it

He suggested Ava sensitive dry food for them and it has worked wonders. They know thier stuff and he was very friendly and very professional would definitely recommend a visit

I used the grooming room Pets At Home at Festival Park in Stoke on Trent and I will never go back there: the ladies working there are rude, even mean and nasty. I saw with my own eyes how a lady with long black hair hit a dog, a yorkie who was fed up with being cut! I absolutely do not recommend this company and I will never recommend it to my friends again. These employees think that they are better and that the customer is for them and not them for the customer. When I came too early to pick up my dog, they rudely told me to leave the room and commented on me when I had not closed the door behind me yet! And then they called me rude! I filed a complaint about them 3 weeks ago and I have not received a response! Do not use their services - they are hopelessly unprofessional, and my Shiah tzu came out bald!

Honestly speaking the partnership they have with evri is trash. I always (over a year) have to wait over a week for any of my orders to arrive. Advise for Anyone who wants to buy from them. Always chose to go get it from the store without ordering it or anything is it ain't there and they advice you to order it online DO NOT do it and look for a different provider

Visited Beaumont leys pets at home store on 15th of September with my 3 young children and been served by Magz who has been fantastic with her help and knowledge also she was very friendly with the kids which left my children and me very satisfied with this visit. Overall we're very happy with the service provided by Magz and I would suggest that pets at home should hire more friendly, experienced and helpful staff for their branches nationwide. Btw fishes are very healthy and doing well so far :)

Atrocious service - this was my first order for specialist pet food and absolutely my last. The delivery never arrived despite my having paid for express service. A week later and still nothing. The courier failed to deliver the parcel twice, clearly Pets at Home made no effort to address the issue despite promising that it would be delivered the next day after my first contact with them.

I tried across two days to speak to someone over the Live Chat service, in the end I resorted to calling Customer service and the only saving grace from this company is that the man who answered the phone was polite and helpful. I have finally asked for a refund and would not recommend anyone try to make an online order - I wish I had read the wild number of negative reviews for this company before I ordered. Please don't bother, you'll be frustrated and disappointed by Pets at Home.

I paid for a full groom and paid extra for de-shedding.

He came back with dirty ears (ear cleaning is specifically mentioned as being included).

They didnt bother tidying the hair around his laws.

He came back full of loose hair, despite having a full groom.

Absolutely useless, incompetent.

My dog has just had a bath and brush at the kirkstall branch at pets......he looks amazing. She did an outanding job and was so kind and patient. Fabulous service. Will be returning

Hi visited my local pets at home for some advice on my french bulldog level of service is second to none polite friendly staff. She was very knowledgeable about food nutrition and helpful finding a suitable food great service.

Visited pet's at home Dewsbury this afternoon to purchase some aquarium livestock, I have to say that the man who sorted out the livestock collecting for us was absolutely brilliant. He had excellent knowledge which he shared with us and made our experience a really pleasant one. He's very polite and friendly and made us feel totally at ease.
