Awful Customer Service And Warranty Means Nothing
Purchased over $3,000 worth of furniture with warranty and extended warranty. I used the warranty one time for an electrical issue on a power reclining sofa. During the repair, the installed a new middle component of the couch. The soda, middle component, was a completely different color than that of the sofa. Now I have a couch that has two ends that are the same color and the middle of the sofa is a different color. When trying to speak with customer service and file a new claim, they stated they sent the correct color. Referred me to the extended warranty for their mistake - Fortega denied my claim because they stated that was a Rooms To Go mistake. Now, I am stuck with a mismatched, brand new couch....

Purchased extended warranty. It is useless. We tried to get some help that we could repair ourselves. Can't even get anybody that knows anything. Most reputable furniture stores have an in-house repair person. They do not. Can not even get somebody to answer my call. I called store and was redirected. I have been on hold for 10 minutes. Thats my limit. Shop elsewhere is all I can say,

Power Chair
I purchased a power chair 13 months ago also the extra warranty. The power no longer works I called they made appointment 3 days later but when that time came they had made a error and it would be there weeks before I got service.I am disabled and got a 1,000.00 chair because I need it. Three weeks I'd not acceptable. I would not recommend them service is terrible and customer service is even worse.

Rooms To Go Doesn't Stand Behind Their Products
I purchased a leather non-power reclining sofa from rooms to go 15 months ago. I always purchase the extended warranty also. The seam on the seat cushion is pulling apart so i tried to file a claim with the Fortega(their warranty company. They stated a seam separation wasn't covered under the warranty (What the heck, why not it is faulty) they stated i needed to call Rooms to go again. Rooms to go said they couldn't/wouldn't do anything for me. What is the purpose of the warranty?? I received a call a few days later and was told Rooms to go would send someone out anyways as a courtesy. Yay! Nope the tech came out and said it couldn't be repaired and they would need to order me a new seat cushion. I receive a call today and was told again that they wouldn't fix it for me. What was the point in wasting my time and the techs time if they weren't going to fix it for me? I told them i was done with them and hung up. DO NOT BUY FROM ROOMS TO GO BECAUSE EVEN WHEN YOU PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THEY WON'T HELP YOU.

Terrible Customer Service
My wife and I are senior citizens,no children at home, we purchased a Living room suite from RTG. 1 sofa matching love seat,ladies recliner and an area rug. Within one year two months the love seats frame crumbled and was unusable. We went to our local store in Boca Raton Florida and were told there was no further warranty on the piece of furniture. We were advised to take a video and send it to corporate who basically told us "you're out of luck" and won't replace the piece, even though we requesting just to have it repaired. There was no abuse to the piece just awful craftsmanship unfortunately RTG has ZERO customer service. Be advised do your research before buying anything from RTG. They do NOT stand behind the product they sell.

Bad Customer Service
Recently purchased 2 sofas, 2 end tables, a coffee table and 2 lamps from RTG. We made sure we purchases were in stock first. 3 weeks later we got a call stating our furniture would be delayed 6 weeks because it WASN'T in stock any longer. After speaking to several people at the store the manager told me I had 2 choices. Get a full refund or come back to the store to purchase something else. He said the 2 sofas were probably damaged as reason for them not being in stock. I returned to the store and purchased a different sofa set. Upon delivery we were short 2 end tables. I called the store and again was told 6 weeks. No customer service whatsoever again. When some of the furniture came the $450 coffee table drawer handles would not align with the predrilled holes. I received 2 end tables today and both tables have the same handle problem! Almost forgot this. When I went back to the store to pick out different sofas I found a dining room set I liked. They made me pay an additional delivery fee even though they were delivering the sofas and such. The 1st line on RTG contract states that once delivery is made you cannot return it to the store for any reason. WTH? I will NEVER set foot in another store.

Buford Location Horrible Service
Please stay away from management at Buford location! All stuff members from customer service to their manager are absolutely horrible and very unprofessional! Very bad experience with them since May 2020, and the problem is not solved yet!!
They delivered broken furniture, sent 2 service technicians to see what was the problem! Never heard back from them. Called them every single day for 2 months.

Lousy Furniture, Lousy Customer Service
Lousy furniture. Broke after 2 months. When I called customer service, got a runaround. Eventually they agreed to come over and never showed up. They claimed they called my cell phone and no one answered -- I didn't have any missed calls or messages. Made another appointment, waited all day – they claimed they were there and no one was home. Building security confirmed that they no one tried to come in.

Their Leather Is Fake
Spent approx $1700 on 2 love-seats. In a short period of time they started to CRACK THAN PEEL. After RTG would not do anything I made a complaint with Consumer Service (Gov agency). After much BS. Rooms To Go answers was to give me a little store credit but I had to spend a whole lot to get it. Why would I want more fake leather? Why would I allow them to rip me off more? Seriously!

Poor Quality And Dishonesty.
Purchased a double reclining sofa at $795.00 three years ago.
was told was leather where ever the body would touch, eg: armrest, back resting sections and seats of sofa.
After 3 years seat and back section is now peeling off a very thin layer of vinyl and looks horrible.
Called Rooms to go, they do not repair their furniture. This sofa is extremely heavy and would have to pay to discard it.
DO NOT BUY ROOMS TO GO FURNITURE. ( from a Senior Citizen)
