Click And Collect
My first time using the click and collect service at Brixton
Made my way to the 1 st floor and big sign states click and collect at that till . But I’m told this till is just for returns go downstairs .
Managed to notice a sign behind the main door with a button to press . Staff came quickly and I showed her my bar code .
She came with my item and I’m told to use my finger to sign her hand held .
Not impressed with this as I have never signed in any other shops to collect items , considering we should be trying not to touch maybe should think of an alternative way .
At least anti bacteria gel was at hand
How are customers supposed to notice a small sign behind the door ?
Maybe when the text is sent to collect more information is given
Personally I don’t purchase much from here so probably won’t be using this service again

Racist! Rude!
First off all, the lady which was on click and collect till (she was working on 4th of April 2019 between 3pm and 4pm), she even didn't say hello to me! Than i want to return my item from my previous online order,but she told me to wait, because the lady behind me was the same skin colour as she was and i was not! I told that this is not acceptable, but she told me that i still will need to wait for my click and collect,so i have to move to the side because she WANT to serve the lady behind me! What a RACISM!!! Discrimination by your skin colour!!! In the London!!! OMG !!!

Today In Waltham Abbey Thank You Tkmax
I was so glad I attend today to TKmax sale assistant served me in the fitting room my ankle was swollen and she offered to help me while trying the shoes. What a lovely sale assistant her kindness and brightness shinning through. She did offered me amazing services advise when I could not choose easily and Tkmax should be proud to have her as it is so clear she loves her job and represent Tkmax 100% with her beautiful smile. Long time I did not received such a high class service in fitting rooms. Happy customer

Unacceptable Approach Customer Service In Cardiff
It is about a pair of Diesel shoes worn a few times in 3 weeks time. I wanted to return them, the shop assistant asked directly for the shop manager,before even looking at the shoes, the manager of the shop, how he presented when I asked for supervisor, told me that the shoes cannot be returned as they are Diesel shoes and Diesel material is extremely resistant, so I damaged the shoes by my way to take shoes off and the white part of the sole is damaged by me.I tried to explain that this brand cannot be damaged by wearing it or by me doing I am not sure what when wearing them and actually the red Diesel material tore apart and also in both shoes the white material inside the shoes and, if he is right,why the actual red material/fabric is torn apart? he refused to accept the return, I asked even for a voucher, for me to buy something else.
shortly, he contradicted himself, so all his argumentation seemed not at all alright to me. he insisted that the white part of the sole is damaged,while it can be clearly seen that the red part is tore apart.He told me so while explaining that the Diesel material can be worn 100 years so cannot be damaged.
Should I conclude that they have a hidden agenda/policy to not accept returns of damaged goods? For such a renowned company, the way the manager of the shop behaved towards me as a customer is unacceptable. He told me that he saw this for the last 15 years, so he cannot accept my shoes back. So, in an abrupt manner, making me feeling like I was a child in school punished for something, all of these on the expense of my money, he labeled me for something understood just by him, assuming facts,so from now on, for me it is not about shoes or their cost anymore, it is about giving up TKMaxx and telling this story to everyone I know.
I was shout at, told off, the manager didn't have the decency to listen to what I was saying and, when I managed to have him letting me speak,he didn't engage in conversation, but kept saying that I damaged them so I cannot return them.
It is unacceptable. I am meant to wear the shoes I buy and they are meant to be wearable more than a month, therefore the company's return policy for 28 days.
I require apologies, if not, I am contacting the corporate customer service and further Ombudsman . I cannot accept something like that from a company like T K Maxx.

Sticky Labels
I really like TK Maxx but I really hate the type of price labels they use, they never come off, always leave a sticky residue. I bought a new plastic water bottle on Sunday and as usual the residue is left all over the bottle. If you use a scourer it dames the bottle. come on TX Maxx get your act together with these labels.

Very Poor Customer Service Not Even A Sorry
I purchased several pairs of designer socks from TK Maxx. I had worn one pair once before and when putting on for the second time, a hole in the toes had a appeared on the seam. I sent my receipt and picture of the socks and was told that I would have to travel to a store to prove it was a manufacture issue and not caused by me. I had the socks two weeks and worn them once. the very fact that I bothered to contact them, should have at least said sorry, but no, prove that we are at fault otherwise stick it....
Click & Collect Ha!!!
Ordered 2 footstools received confirmation of order and which store they should be delivered to. Went into store to collect my order, shop assistant couldn't find my order told to come back another day. Asked her could she try the logistics team as my email says its available.
Yes your order has been delivered to a completely different store nowhere near home! So was told I can drive there and pick them up - what!!! "Can't you please transfer back to correct store" - NO.
Store Manager came to see me she spoke to logistics who then said they can try and get it redelivered but no promises and if you want to cancel you'll have to speak to head office as we cant do anymore for you.
Still not heard from logistics who did say they would email me.
TKMAXX stick to selling stuff in store as your click and collect service is broken and is definitely NOT customer focused. Would not use again and would definitely not recommend to anyone

Gift Voucher Problem Fixed
I ordered an E voucher as a birthday gift and I used the wrong email address for the recipient. When I realised my mistake 3 days after the intended date of receipt, I contacted the company and explained my error. Within 5 minutes it was rectified and the e gift voucher was sent to the correct email address. Great service and thanks for making sure that my friend got her birthday voucher. I'd definitely use this service again and recommend it to others

Appalling View And Treatment Of Customets
Oh dear. What it must be like to work for a company that starts from the position that their customers are lying devious people. Contrast this with other organisations who treat their customers with respect and value them.
All I can say is if you have a problem with something you bought from T K Maxx then don't be honest with the store manager because all they want to do is wriggle out of any semblance of providing good service. Perhaps I should have realised that low prices mean rock bottom service.
So the learning is only shop there if you are happy with that.

Worst Online Shopping Service - Avoid!
When you buy online, tkmaxx can change your order, a few days after the confirmation email, by cancelling items and at the same time they won't let you change the order anymore. Support service is not helpful at all.
I bought a pair of tables and they cancelled one of them 2 days later. I called support to cancel the other one, as I wanted the pair, and they told me they would cancel the delivery and refund me the next day. They didn't cancel the delivery, instead delivered the table to a random neighbour, and they haven't refunded me yet, claiming that now I have to get the table from my neighbour and return it back to tkmaxx for them to do the refund. After calling and calling again and talking to a few "senior managers", I asked them to commit to a day and a time slot for collection, they said they would send me an email with the details. Haven't heard back since.
