Micromark MM30142 Tower Fan

I bought this fan in April 2011 but did not receive it until May 2011.

Initially I was really happy with the purchse... the fan was every thing i wanted, compact enough to just put in the corner out of the way when not in use, but powerfull enough to make me feel like I had air con indoors, plus the gaps in the fan cover were mall enough so my 1yr old could not put her fingers in harms way... Perfect... or so i thought!

After about a month i had problems with it not starting strait away... i had to plug and unplug it a few times or push the low function on and off... trying to give it a kick start. Now 2months on and it does not start at all... :( i know its not the power because it still oscillates, but the fan itself does not move... :( which is just what you want on a 27.5 degree day... very dissapointing. And before you say maybe its a one off... I bought two as they were on such a great deal at the time and they both had the same problems..!

Also after I called the customer service department at ishoppe.co.uk where i bought the fan, the lady who i spoke to said she had bough the same fan and had the same problem... MY ADVICE DO NOT BUY AT ALL!!!
