Received Delivery Yesterday

I phoned company to arrange a pick up date which they finally did, quality absolute rubbish, I bought these for my daughter Christmas present, my husband was rehire to set it up, he was flabbergasted had a plastic insert to hold base together, he said it was light as a feather and he is a joiner by trade. I am OAP and wanted quality for my family to make there Christmas I suppose you get what you pay for. I have reordered with different company she picked what she wanted and didn’t cost very much more.please take my advise keep away

Terrible Company Stay Well Clear.

Terrible company stay well clear. I dont normally post a review but this a must. I ordered my beds in september 2017. I was told they would arrive at the beginning of December 2017. When that date arrived no beds so i phoned to be told they were not instock. No-one contacted me to inform me of the same. I then got told by january 2018 beds still did not arrived so after numerous phone calls and chasing i got told today 4th of FEBRUARY my order did arrive but low and behold half my delivery missing 6 boxes to be exact and not even 1 complete bed. Again waiting to find out where my delivery is. If not contacted within the next 24hrs i will be reporting this company to trading standards and legal. This company should not take money off customers if they are unfit to deliver the product. And no one in the company knows what the problem is. 5 months and still no beds.

Great Silentnight Bed

I chose beds direct as the site was simple and easy to use. Delivery arrived less than 24 hours and the bed took less than 20 minutes to set up.

After a week of using it I love it.

Fantastic Product & Service

I ordered a Madison bed last week and it arrived yesterday by two fab delivery guys who took it to the room!

Once I assembled the bed I found it to be very sturdy and looks amazing!

A fantastic experience from start to finish plus this was from a store originally that typically charge about £600 so I felt I have a right bargain!

Will definitely use them again!

Suprisingly Good

I didn't have much money to spend on a bed as the house deposit took most of it so I needed to find a bargain. I certainly got one with bedsdirect.com.The bed and mattress arrived in a few days and the communication around delivery was excellent.

When I unpacked the bed I was very surprised to find something that well made and it truly surpassed my expectations for quality.This was a John Lewis quality item for an Argos budget price. I would definitely use this company again. Don't believe the bad reviews.

Excellent Service And A Good Bed!

I had some concerns due to the previous reviews, but I'm happy to say I had no problems with the service at bedsdirect. Very helpful and quick service with a helpful delivery man too!

The only slight issues I had was with the quality of the screws and alan keys, very soft metal meant they sheered just at the end of tightening up. I also had to put my own pilot holes in for one draw side, I have a drill set and know how to do this, but I could understand it could annoy someone.

Even taking the above in to account, the bed I got (beaumont storage) was amazing value for money.

Ignore Early Negative Reviews.....

Totally ignore previous negative reviews. There are new owners since Sep 2012 and it really shows!! I bought a bed frame, dresser, chest of draws and a wardrobe (total bedroom furniture). The products were cheap and in perfect condition. There is nothing I didnt like. They said delivery was around 5-7 days, they came in 4 days, they gave me notice and they also carried everything up 6 flights of stairs (elevator was out of order) into my apartment. Just outstanding!!!! Will definitely bye from these guys again!!!

Well this is great if there are no problems with your purchase.

My experience Initially went well ,no probs and great service as above. Then two weeks later a fault with the mattress meant a four month long ordeal to get it picked up (three months after the manufacturer had inspected it) Dreadful customer service and it wasn't for the lack emails and phone calls. Still waiting for the refund too. DON'T TOUCH THIS FIRM WITH A BARGE POLE.

Seriously! A Fantastic Company To Deal With.

I ordered a kingsize tv bed very recently from this company, I was a little worried after reading the bad comments and the fact the bed was very cheap. I am now so glad I did, not only was the bed delivered and assembled in less than 3 days, the ordering process from the extremely helpful and knowledgable sales people to the kind and hard working courier service was fantastic, the bed itself looks beautiful in my recently decorated bedroom. I would recommend this company to all of my nearest and dearest without hesitation. Thank you bedsdirect I will be ordering more products from you in the near future.

Where Is Our Bunk Bed?

We ordered bunk beds on Jan 8th for our grandsons to sleep in at half term.

The money was soon taken. An email sent had attachments I couldn't open. I informed them of this - no reply. I sent a number of emails -not answered. Phone usually unanswered and if a message left no contact made. Once I got a reply on the phone and was fobbed off with the promise that the beds will be delivered in a day or two - that was 2 weeks ago!

Luckily I paid by credit card but that doesn't seem fair. I just hope the credit card co will be able to get the money back.

HOW DO I AVOID THIS HAPPENING AGAIN? I STILL NEED BUNKS FOR WHEN THE BOYS COME AGAIN.

Hi I have bought a mattress from them in September 2020.

Unfortunately even though I was following the instructions to revolve it regularly, it’s sagged on my side and my wife’s and there’s a bump straight down the middle. Our mattress is so uncomfortable.. I thought it would of lasted longer than this. Could you please help us?
