Bought a ring between Xmas and New Year from the website jewellerycatalogue. Received no confirmation text or email, despite going through the full payment process. It wasn't a cheap purchase. The website had no info on being closed over this time. The phone number on the website is invalid. Worried they would take payment and not provide the goods I looked to the store which is referenced on the website. This doesn't exist and when I called the number for the address the website gives it was a chiropodist who told me they hadn't been there for over 10 years. So no contact, no store and registered to a completely different address on companies house. My boyfriend who placed the order still has never heard from them. I put a complaint in and a week later got an apology that they had closed for xmas, didn't have the item in stock and wouldn't take payment. They completely wasted our time and it meant that my birthday (for which this was a gift) was quite a stressful time.

I ordered a 9ct gold bracelet for my sons first birthday from here as I was struggling to find one elsewhere in the size/style I wanted. Delivery was very fast. My son is now nearly 4, it's never been taken off his wrist, and the bracelet is still going strong. My second son is nearly 1 and I am about to order another gold bracelet from this website for him.

Website isn't as good as it could be (search box doesn't work very well, neither do some links) but the price and quality is excellent. Will be purchasing more from here in the future.

After reading negative reviews I was a bit nervous about ordering from this company. However, I wanted a particular piece and they were the only affordable option. The piece I wanted was a special order with a 3 day turnaround with only 3 posting days before Christmas. Despite my credit card company initially refusing payment with no valid reason, this company managed to deliver within 2 days. I'm delighted with it, the quality far exceeded my expectations, and I do know a bit about jewellery. I'll definately be buying more.

Purchased large gold knot earrings for my daughter this Chrsitmas. I hadn't purchased gold jewellery for around 5 years, and was taken aback at the rise in the price of gold. The Jewellery catalogue provided an alternative to the high street for the purchase of gold jewellery. I was very pleased with this purchase. I sympathise with the customers who seem nit to have had a good experience. I think one of the keys is to note the weight of the item you are purrchasing. Over all I am really pleased with the product I have purchased, as I know it would have been more expensive in a high street jewellers.

I've seen some bad reviews and really sympathize with these people but my fiance got my ring off the jewellery catalogue back in may. It was perfect. It came next day as he requested AFTER he ordered it. With a bit of my help as he didn't know the size and he had kind of already told me he wanted to get married and I sort of made a joke and asked him and he said yes. So I ruined it but got to choose my ring. It is pink sapphire with diamonds and was really cheap but is not low quality. It's perfect definitely will consider for wedding rings too if they do them

Really poor service

Goods arrived. Whilst website boasted fast and easy returns process. it was neither fast nor easy. Many requests and many e-mails later and still no contact. Now having to consider consumer groups for refund - very poor.

I wanted something special for my mum's 60th birthday, i chose a beautiful opal ring, one of my sisters chose a bracelet and the other a necklace. The service was fantastic,delivery of the items were on time, both my sisters and I will be buying more from this site I have already recommended the site to a few of the girls in work, two of whom are getting married next year. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. There wasn't anything i would have changed about the service or the site.

I've used the jewellery catalogue lots of time of the years without fuss and still got a great deal every time. I have had one ring which needed to be sent back because it was the wrong size and the exchange was simple and easy. I would recommend anyone to try this site out

It was reassuring to find someone to speak to who was helpful and knowledgeable. I have purchased several articles from Jewellery catalogue over the past 3 years and have always been delighted with the quality of goods, value for money and excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone. I no longer go to High street jewellers, there is no comparison. I have always received my purchases on time and there are lots of unique pieces on the site.
