Great Customer Service Saved Me From My Own Poor Planning!
I ordered some nice fans for my daughter's outdoor wedding. It was a last minute decision to get these so I didn't place the order until 7 days before the wedding. Favor Warehouse canceled my order because the order would not arrive by the wedding date unless I paid for expedited shipping. They offered the suggestion that I resubmit the order and pay expedited shipping. Unfortunately I did not see their message until it was too late. I very much appreciate not being out-of-pocket for fans that would arrive after the event!!!!!!! I will definitely do business with this company in the future.

Very Poor Customer Service !!!
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!the guy even argue on me on the phone, imagine that! I'm a first time customer. Doesn't even want to compromise because they printed the labels on my order incorrect and they don't even want to admit it. I will never buy another product to this company again. I even regret buying one for my son's baptism. They are not allowing the product to return and they charged another fees for the labels to be reprinted. This company should know know to value the customer, in which they do not! I will not even want to recommend this to anyone else, for sure they will also get disappointed. I should have read the reviews first before placing an order. Tsk! Tsk! Too much disappointment!

Rude!!!
Tried calling to inquire about some products only to find out that their "customer service line" was a voice recording telling you to email them.
Decided to email them asking about their customer service line that gives you no service, a product they sell, and a shipping quote for the single "sample" item they offer that weighs 0.10 pounds they were quoting $15 ground shipping.
The Emil I received simply stated "place your order somewhere else".
Gladly will place my order somewhere else and just want people to know that a company that you might be trusting to provide you with items for a very important moment in life doesn't care about you as a customer or as a person and is not deserving of your money or business.

Don't Do Business With Them, They Don't Care
I ordered murano glass butterfly wine stoppers from them a month before my friend's bridal shower. I hadn't received them so I called, but couldn't reach anyone, so I emailed them. Then two days later, 5 days before the event, they send me an "URGENT" email saying the stoppers are out of stock. I called and asked them why they didn't tell me with more notice and they said it was the manufacturer's fault. I said it was their's, because I didn't deal with the manufacturer, I dealt with them and they should have been on top of this, particularly because the website asks for the day of the event to ensure timely service. I ended up having to pick a cheaper, less quality product. I asked if I would receive a credit for the price difference between my original order and this new order, and the rep said he refused because he was shipping it to me 2-day and needed the difference to offset the shipping price. I told them the shipping issue was their problem, and I insisted in a credit. Then the rep told me he would refuse to do business with me and hung up on me!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. TERRIBLE!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

Terrible Customer Service / Order Cancelled Without Notice
This is an email I received from their customer service dept. after explaining the difficulty I experienced during selection and checkout - and then voided my purchase:
We do not understand why you are having such a hard time navigating the website. All you need to do is search for the item that you want and when you see it, put the quantity you want to order into your shopping cart and click add to cart. Then got to the next item and do the same. When you are done with choosing the items you want to order, you scroll down to right hand side of the screen that prompts you to proceed to checkout. Enter all the billing and shipping information. scroll to drop down window in option 3, to choose your shipping method and see the shipping charge and scroll down to where you choose the credit card you want to use, enter your name as shown on the credit card, expiration date, and then submit your order. You cannot leave items in your shopping cart for more that about half an hour. If you are ordering samples of a few different items, we reserve the right to limit sample orders to 4 - 6 different items, because we cannot fulfill
orders with many different items of just 1 or 2 pieces at this time of the year, since we are extremely busy for the holidays and cannot rush sample orders.

I ordered them for a baptism and was scary after i read some reviews from this site.... they arrived before i expected and they are beautiful ( for the price) i was waiting for something that looks cheap but they are very good as a little present to the guests , i recommend this place 100%

Worst Online Ordering Experience Ever!
My wedding is about 1 month away, was undecided on favors and finally committed. Large bottles of wine with wine stoppers, ordered 100 stoppers, and was hugely disappointed with the quality. So disappointed that for the first time ever I have written a review to prevent anyone else from having a similar experience. Huge disappointment!!!

I Don't Usually Bother To Write Reviews, But This
I don't usually bother to write reviews, BUT this is an exception!! The customer service lady was VERY RUDE!! I asked to speak with a manager and he wasn't as rude, but not helpful since he was trying to say I ordered it wrong! I wil DEFINITELY NOT recommend this company to anyone. The quality of the labels were cheap like someone did it on their home computer!! If there was a ZERO star I would rate
