Anniversary Flowers
My daughter Sent me 28 roses - yellow, pale pink and cream.
As i put them in the vase sone of the yellow ones looked to be wilting. Over the last few days all dropped (yellow ones).
Rest are fine and still looking good.
Delivery and packing was good.

Hyacinth And Tulip Bouquet
I received my bouquet from a close friend. When I opened the box it was apparent the tulips were not fresh. The leaves were already pale and yellowing at the tips. The hyacinths were lovely and just about to flower. Within 3 days the tulips were dead. The hyacinths are still flowering with a lovely scent.
I am most disappointed with this offering . The tulips were a disaster and my friend would be very upset bearing in mind the bouquet was far from cheap!

Disappointing
Was so excited to receive a gift of hundred daffodils for mothers' day what a lovely thought. Very sad to report that over half of them are dead less than a week later. Do better M&S.

Shrivelled Up Roses
Ordered a dozen roses for my wife on Valentines day, but have to say we were left totally disappointed with the flowers
The heads were all tainted and brown.and the greenery with a distinct wilted look
I was so embarrassed to give her these for Valentines Day
I bought from M&S because I thought I would be getting quality, but sadly not
I've tried contacting customer service by e mail but no response, I tried to leave a reveiw on their io reveiw page but it wouldn't upload, I will never use m&s again, such a shame
Dead Flowers
Given a bouquet of M&S flowers from a great friend following the death of my dog and most of them were dead! Wish I could show photos. M&S flowers shame on you!
Wilted
I received the Thinking of You flowers, 2 out of the 3 white trachelium arrived wilted and never perked up despite going straight into water. Quite disappointed and wouldn't recommend these.

Order Anywhere Else If You Want Flowers To Arrive On Time
Very upset that the flowers I ordered 2 days ago 'guaranteed' delivery for today, my mum's 89th birthday, did not arrive. I spent 2 hours being passed from pillar to post trying to resolve this in time but they did not seem to understand that a delivery on any other day than her birthday was unacceptable. I had to make a very uncomfortable call to my mum that the surprise we had entrusted M&S with had instead left me upset, angry and red faced. Will NEVER use them again! Go elsewhere!

Advertised as 25 stems... only 18 received. Nearly a 3rd missing.. Customer service was appalling.
Disgusting Nothing Like The Photo
Have just received flowers from marks & Spencer ordered online from my daughter. They are disgusting, half dead and about a quarter of the size of the picture. She purposely picked it as she knows I love peonies, didn’t contain any!!! Absolute rubbish and complete waste of money, shame on you marks & Spencer
Q&A
Why do you keep delivering poor quality flowersv
It's just what they do!
C rap quality - in our case, mainly because of a s hit ty delivery company who no-one in their right mind would employ.
