I ordered over £30 worth of balloons thinking I would receive a confetti balloon in the bunch. It was called a confetti balloon.

The balloon that was sent had a printed image of confetti on it....

A poor imitation of what I wanted. I would not order from here again.

I ordered a 1st Birthday ballon for my granddaughter who I will not see due to lockdown and distance. Was happy to pay over the odds for what looked like a Minnie made out of balloons with a balloon love heart round it. What she received is a small normal balloon with a Minnie print on it. I paid £21 and at the most I could have got this for £5.00

I ordered a big box of balloons for a friend’s birthday as a surprise. Unfortunately they ruined the whole experience.The delivery service is horrible. They were not able to deliver the parcel on time. The box came with a WEEK delay and the balloons were deflated. What a disappointing experience. Almost 30 pound for nothing. Wast of money. I wouldn’t order there again. If they can’t make sure that they can deliver products on time in a good quality they shouldn’t offer birthday or wedding gifts.

They cancelled my order last minute, without any offer of an alternative or solution to help resolve this issue. Completely ruined a well planned surprise. I ordered 5 days in advance, they had plenty of time to get the order right, but screwed it up and were unapologetic and uncaring. BUYER BEWARE - will NEVER use this company again.

I love love love this company. This is the second time I have used them and it certainly won’t be the last. I ordered a photo balloon both times and the quality is second to none and they last for weeks and weeks. Delivery has been spot on. Thank you Balloon Monkey for another fab balloon. You are amazing!!!

I found this company by chance whilst looking for balloons for an Afternoon Tea Hen Party and wasn't looking for the standard Hen Party balloons. Found exactly what I wanted in the form of a "Bridal Shower" balloon. I called customer services as I wasn't sure of the exact colour of the balloon on the website. When I called, the advisor wasn't sure either so he walked to the other side of the warehouse and found the balloon so he could confirm the exact colour. I placed the order online (with an added bonus of a 25% discount code) which was easy to use. Unfortunately I'd chosen the wrong delivery date but after a quick email, I was told that the order had been amended to my correct delivery date. I placed the order on the Wednesday and they were delivered on the Friday as promised. I will be recommending to friends and family and Balloon Monkey will now be my first choice when ordering balloons to be delivered. Great customer service and friendly/helpful staff!

Do not use this company, I wish that I had read these reviews before I placed an order, they are useless. Their delivery guarantee is not worth any thing. I ordered some balloons for my son's wedding, they did not arrive, all I got from "customer services" was excuse after excuse.

Not delivered for my granddaughters birthday when on the web page it says garenteed delivery on date chosen

I ordered a balloon bouquet for my granddaughter's 16th birthday and paid for designated day delivery to make sure that it arrived on the right day. I am so very disappointed to learn that nothing arrived. Very poor service!
