Online Company Who Will Take Money Only And Disappear

I paid for unlock code for my cell phone, Initially I got response that my order is in process but after that no reply from them, tons of email and daily phone call, no one is available for reply only leave a msg.

I do not know why pay pal has allowed this company to be partner.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Very Bad Service!

I purchased a $28 unlock code, they couldn't unlock it. They were kind enough to tell me they couldn't get it, but after that, they just went tacit and ignored me for 3 weeks and kept my money.

Last year the owner had the nerve to tell me I was trying to scam a code from them because I paid for 5 and only received 4 and I called to complain to them.

I paid 14.95 for an unlock code for my son. We received an email stating that we would receive the code as soon as payment was confirmed. Payment was processed immediately and funds removed from my account. We still have not received the unlock code. I have disputed via paypal.

Don't Use This Company

Not only did I waste my money on the code - I finally had to purchase a new phone, within a few days there were fraudulent charges made on the account used for payment. There was no other possibility for that account to be compromised.

Horrible Site! Scam Artists Stealing Your Money!

Don't believe them when they say they'll help you if you remove your Paypal dispute. The codes will NEVER be sent unless you file a dispute with Paypal. And when they do: they don't work!

Do NOT buy from here!

I Requested A Standard Motorola Pebl To Be Unlock

I requested a standard Motorola PEBL to be unlock (model U6 which is listed on their site). I received an e-mail telling me that they couldn't unlock this model and that I would have to send my phone to them!

TO ANYONE OUT THERE: DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I Requested For My Phone To Be Unlocked So I Could

I requested for my phone to be unlocked so I could use a different provider. UnlockMob.com assured me on their site that they could do this. After giving my details and paying them for the service I received the following email:

You have submitted details for a phone that is not on our list. We have

been unable to unlock this phone and as advised in our terms and conditions you now need to send it to us so that we can unlock it using a special cable. This costs an additional £15 including post and packing. (But first check latest model list below). Please make this payment via paypal to [email protected], print off a copy of your receipt and send it with the phone by registered post to:

Phones are returned within 7 days.

Please also include a print out of your original paypal receipt with your phone.

If your phone is one of the following models a specialist solution is required which costs £45.

Please follow the instructions above but send £45 instead of £15. These phones can only normally be unlocked by sending them to your service provider who will take a month to return it and charge you more.

NEED I SAY MORE? DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!

When You Search For A Company On Google To Help Yo

When you search for a company on Google to help you get your mobile unlocked, WWW.UNLOCKMOB.COM seems to be at the top...why?

When I first entered the site the storefront appeared to be user friendly (ahem)... the Home page is already asking you to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. I am still wondering why they make out like they can unlock any phone any network without making it clear that they have a list, which by the way is found only in their terms and conditions, WHY? This list should definitely be found on the home page, I mean, who reads terms and conditions over £3.95?

Anyways, as I'm a sucker I went ahead and paid for the service anyway, happy that I'm not paying £10 in the shop. Why does the code take 72 hours, it's not WITHIN 72 hours, it IS 72 hours, 3 whole days! So I got a response from them saying that my phone is not on the list and they offer a service by which I send off my phone (ARE YOU CRAZY?) and they'll unlock it for £45!!! EXTORTIONATE!!!

From this point I became suspicious of their authenticity. I replied to their email asking for a refund but received no reply. A few days later tried to email again through the website, which says:

"The company aims to provide a first class service before and after the sale. Customer service is an essential part of the UnlockMob philosophy. Our aim is to provide the best service 365 days a year. If our service falls short of your expectations we would like to hear about it."

Another two emails later I told them I was taking action. So just filed a dispute and claim via Paypal, which I am so glad is the middleman! Got my money back in 2 days!

Anyway, after all that I discovered my new phone was quad band so didn't need unlocking in the first place, HA!

The Unlockmob Site Said 'get Your Phone Unlocked I

The Unlockmob site said 'get your phone unlocked instantly', 'unlock now' and 'any network'. After paying, I was told to wait 3 days for a reply - well that is certainly not instant! But that wasn't the worst of it. Well, 3 weeks later I still have a locked phone and lost my money. I sent e-mails but got no reply.
