For Dinner We Were Seated Beneath An Air Condition
For dinner we were seated beneath an air conditioning unit which leaked fluid of some description onto one of our meals, the attitude of the staff was incredible "we can move the table if you wish" that was all !!
When we complained during checking out all we got was "oh sorry"
A course in customer relations might not go amiss.
