Me and my sister went to Weston Road Stoke-On-Trent Bargain Booze and i bought 2 juicy fruit and my sister got a sand box and 2 hubba bubbas we payed for 2 juicy fruit's and gave me 1 but the price of 2 i didnt notice until we walked out to the shop and i said to the staff member 'Excuse me I had 2 packs of gums' and I think she may of picked up the other juicy fruit while she picked up my sisters sand box. Remember were only young so sorry if this is a misunderstanding this is wrote in the nicest way possible. She may of dropped it on the floor. This shop is seriously amazing. Though I do think some staff members could be a bit nicer to customers. I am very sorry if I didn't do the math correctly and I am not even a teenager we payed with a bank card by the way, we went around 6:00-6:03 pm. 20/07/22

Local shop has got rid of most existing white staff and remplacement them with family memberserk even one who has been threatening for years - accusing them of a crime - with no evidence!! Used to be so nice to go there, will never set foot in there again!!!!

What a rubbish company they offer you the world don't issue you a contract change the pay rate don't send you an offer letter and also turn a blind eye at selling alcohol to under 18's. When you leave the company they can't even bother to do exit interviews even though they arrange to call you on two occasions but forget to call you.

I love going to Bargain Booze. It has such an amazing range of items, like alcohol, sweets, drinks and more. Almost anything you could ask for in a local corner shop.

Arranged for a parcel to be delivered for my daughters 21st event....informed by Hermes the courier that the parcel had arrived so went to collect....Could physically see the parcel. Assistant could not see our name on the list until his senior informed him there was a second page! Found on second page..Told by third staff member they were having problems with the machine earlier..Owner (very rude) tried to input the parcel to no avail. I was informed there was nothing they could do the parcel would be returned and I would have to contact the seller. Seller informs me to go back to store....store inform me nothing they can do.....

Avoid this courier service inept rude owner and unsatisfactory service.

I have never wrote a review in my whole 50 years....this is the first...thats how bad it was.

Bargain Booze owner when its your fault as owner put your hands up dont be rude....I am a business owner..when its my fault I problem solve, I do not become rude.

Went to collect my parcel showed my ID unfortunately the two cashier's behind the counter were inept at using the software to allow me to sign and take away my parcel. Told to come back the next day perhaps I could have it then but no guarantees !

Understandably I was not happy with their attitude and told them that . Subsequently both shouted at me in front of other customers

What a disgrace

For 3 items should be around £3 as they where only sweets. I bought 2 treat bags which was £2 and that only leaves this chocolate bar. The bar said it was £1 as an offer and £1.45 original price . Instead of being asked £3.45. I was ripped off and asked me a full fiver. When I went to the shop before I was also treated badly. A few days ago they sold a product for 50p and then it got bumped up 3 times the price. Much for "bargain" booze. Would rather go to another shop instead, if you compare prices you are most likely to save a lot more.

Bargain Booze, I hate the name, so immature & outdated, have taken over the petrol station which used to be Budgens in St Lawrence High Street, Ramsgate, Kent. Well, it's gone down hill after just a few months. Very poor customer service: I went in to pay for petrol, & nothing else, long queue, mostly people paying for shopping, no member of staff bothers to open another checkout, I can't leave as I have to pay for petrol, will avoid using this place in future.

I worked at Oakhill stoke-on-Trent. All I can say is disgusted with them. I don't know if any other employees suffered the same, but after 3 months I was working an evening shift and just before closing time a seemingly drunk manager waltzes in, hands me a letter dated that day informing me that after a make believe meeting she lied about having with me that I was fired and to get out. Below that a list of untrue statements about my performance at work, some being outright attacks on my character. After contacting head office they basically told me they wouldn't do anything about it. So I was left humiliated, as that disgusting woman did all of this in front of colleagues and customers practically spitting on me as she ranted and there's nothing I can do about that.

Bargain Booze at Eastwood Nottingham used to be one of my favourite shops....

The young woman who worked there was always very pleasant, helpful and friendly. She has been off sick for the past month and is expecting twins.

I would like to know if the girl that has replaced her is going to do so perminantly, because if she is, then I will no longer be doing business with Bargain Booze.

I am no expert in such matters but I am quite sure that this girl is working under the influence of drugs...

I am at a loss to understand how such a person could even be considered for employment let alone replace such an asset.
