I received a letter from this company regarding a loan I had NOT taken out. On ringing to enquire why this had been sent to my address without checking references ie passports,driving licence etc I was told it is standard practice and only checked when the customer rings back. How disgusting is this !!!! They are not the only loan company using these practices. All information should be vigorously checked with bank accounts being hacked, loans taken out against your house and fraud in general at its highest these companies owe it to the public to make absolutely sure the claims are legitimate. It’s not as if details can’t be faxed to check people are who they say they are before sending out frightening letters like this. If a vulnerable person received a letter like us they could have a heart attack it’s that serious. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Do not use this company very rude. No idea, never miss a payment because it will be a never ending bill adding extra charges all the time. Only missed 2 payments and they added 4 payments to the end plus a balloon payment which they don’t explain. All I needed when my Mom is very serious Sick.

What can I say but fantastic.mandy treated me like a human being not a cash pot. I would recommend with out hesitation. Felt that they explain everything clearly and doubly make sure you understand everything

No matter how desperate you may be, do not ever take a loan out with this rotten to the core business. I took out a £5K loan ( repay £10K with interest) got into difficulties with redundancy and couldn't make the monthly payments. Now all my other creditors were helpful arranging payment plans but not Everyday Loans. Would not help at all. Instead they went straight for a statutory demand ( no CCJ, no payment plan, no charging order) which I got set aside. Then they delivered another one ! Then they issued a bankruptcy petition, playing me along for time with adjournments, so their also rotten solicitors could rack up lots of cost. And heres the sting in the tale everyone, I paid them £3500 to take the outstanding amount below the £5K bankruptcy threshold) - which they greedily accepted and STILL went for bankruptcy adding their costs on to take it back over the threshold !! I lost the case, then my job ( as I couldn't be bankrupt) and now my home is at risk too. I'm looking at IP fees of £15K - btw they forced the Insolvency Service to issue to an Insolvency Practitioner very quickly - out of spite I think. After taking time to recover from this I am now launching a counter claim against them as they broke every FCA rule on debt collection, ie proportionality etc.

So, please don't ever take a loan with them.

The only downside of using Everyday Loans is that the interest rates are extremely high. However, "beggars can't be choosers" especially when it comes to the circumstances I found myself in at the beginning of this year.

Quite simply I was drowning in payday loan debt and no where else would dream of lending me enough money to cover paying them all off. Luckily I stumbled across Everyday one evening and booked an appointment for the following morning. I fully expected it to be too good to be true, but the application process was so quick and easy and the staff were all really kind, helpful and understanding.

Although of course I wouldn't recommend using this company if you are debt free with an excellent credit score, I would definitely recommend if you want to sort your life out and have nowhere else to turn.

Within one hour of sending in my details I was receiving spam emails and calls! Had to block all the numbers and emails. Upon googling the numbers a lot of people said they were associated with everyday loans. After reading this I cancelled my appointment with them and they denied any knowledge. Of course they would-but these calls and emails never happened before applying with them! The man on the phone was also speaking in such a 'slang' accent I couldnt understand him and he mumbled the whole way through.

Then to add insult to injury they offer me a loan at 93% APR. Have gone elsewhere with a much better rate and friendlier staff.

BEWARE

The interest rates are high, no getting away from that - but we were struggling to find anyone who would give us a loan, despite having high incomes we were drowning in debts - Everyday Loans are amazing. Super helpful, easy process, and the account management and customer service over the course of having the loan have been absolutely outstanding. The high interest rates felt like a price worth paying for the help they have given us. Brilliant company. Highly recommend.
