From start to finish EasyWebstore has been a breeze. I paid for a bespoke design and it was implemented earlier than the allotted time. Deveopment work was carried out swiftly and was fully tested. The new team there make the experience even better - there's always someone on the end of the phone to speak to, and now that my project manager has a dedicated number I can always reach him when I want instead of some random support agent. Superb.

I enquired about building a site and they sent me a reasonable quote. I paid the deposit at 50% then when it came to the final amount, they doubled the remaining amount and said their terms had just changed and there was nothing I could do! I complained but they ignored my calls, my emails and finally I received an email saying I can go elsewhere if I didn't cough up the extra amount....3 weeks of time spent on making changes to designs etc were flushed down the drain! They build sites on their specific platforms so it's not like you can move the sites elsewhere....am gutted I lost my deposit because out of principle I didn't want to be locked into them...

Used them in the past when they were superb, it is now three weeks or so since I approached them for a new online venture, no communication on their part, I've had to pre-empt and instigate EVERYTHING, so frustrating, no phone calls, no emails nothing, have now contacted several other web developers for help

Support are always available if you come across any problems or queries or changes or need suggestions. Constantly updating features to add to your website if needed. Basically, this company is definitely one of the best e-commerce solutions around considering price, quality, features & service and the trust is always there for reassurance your website is effectively maintained and taken care of. My website should be going live in the next couple of weeks once I have sorted the little bits out my end (my current site is white background, if you see my website and it has darker colours, that is the Easywebstore site. I chose the free template option to work with and change, but theirs a wide range of professionally designed templates for a good fee if you would prefer that option. P.S you don't have to have any website design skills at all and the dashboard that allows you to add/remove/change products and marketing features yourself is very easy to use, but if you struggle at times, support are only an online chat / email or phone call away. I've been an EKM user for 7 years and recently had problems with their system. I won't elaborate -- but, basically, I was getting VERY frustrated and started to look around for a new package that looked like it could move with my business and the future of what we needed... such as API integration.

I own a comic book store in Stevenage and our on-line web business brings in about 30-45%% of the trade each week. So it's a much needed part of the set-up and how we gain extra revenue. Our shop with EKM was scaring people away as it was clumsy, slow and although we changed a few things, paying for design, it wasn't looking great at all. My other job is in publishing and designing comics etc... So I know what I wanted and how I wanted it to work.

After speaking to the sales team (George) at EWS and being reassured that they could do everything for me I set about designing my new store in Photoshop and then sent PSD files to them for their team to put into place.

Within a few days (submitted the files on Friday and received a link to the new look site on Monday) I started to discuss how the stock should be listed on the web page and they did EXACTLY what I wanted - even added in some extra things along the way - such as stock listing in A-Z, Z-A, Highest price first, lowest price first and recently added items -- which is common sense design in my eyes. And it works wonderfully.

I was talking to them (Josh) every day for about 3 weeks, making sure that the designers had everything they needed and we did daily tests. If I found anything wrong, such as certain pages not working 100%, they would get it done within hours. Which, in my eyes, is GREAT service.

We also gave them some things to do that they have now integrated into their system which I'm sure many other online stores will use. At the end of the day running a webstore is all about time for the vendor and quickness for the consumer -- and EWS does exactly that.

The final site is up and running -- I;m very proud of what's been achieved and I will be going back to EWS for more work and updates in the not too distant future.

These guys really get my vote for the BEST e-commerce web-solution package out there at present. I'm glad I switched and I'll be sticking with these guys for years to come.

I hunted high and low before going with Easywebstore and I'm so pleased that I found them, the service and help from the team is always at your side, if you dont have a clue then dont worry they will help you along. The system is easy to use and this is from someone that has never done this before, my site took me 3 months to get it to where I wanted it and this is mainly because I have been building it at night time. You can make 5 changes to the design of your template before you will have to pay anything to further customise it to look exactly how you want it. There is always new things being added to Easywebstore's system the latest of which is Giraffe a system that shows a graph at the top of your admin area that tells you how many visits you've had etc which is very handy for a quick check rather than going onto google analytics. Now I know I've made this sound very perfect and easy and it is just bare in mind that if you've never done it before just be patient and trust me the team at Easywebstore are more patient than you I know I've tested them and now when I look back I laugh at some of the silly mistakes I made, so sit down and have a go it's well worth the time and patience, especially when you get that first order.
