Easy, Good Results
I've tried every diet under the sun. This diet I find is great. No calorie counting. I think it's quite a balanced plan nutritionally in terms of lots of veggies, protein and carbs.
I typically see about 2-3kg loss per week - regaining about half of that in the next few days, which makes for an overall normal weight gain. It's so easy, relatively cheap and you don't have to buy a long list of weird foods. I don't find I get unusually hungry and my energy levels are good.

I Started With The British Heart Institude Diet Tw
I started with the british heart institude diet two weeks ago ad lost 13.2 pounds. I'm really happy with my results and the four days after die diet I ate normally and had a few drinks. I've been on many diets before and I truly recommend this to all. The best part is that I'm not hungry all the time while following the diet. REMEMBER you have to follow it EXATLY otherwise the diet won't work. Try it... Good luck :)

I Gotta Say The Three Day Diet Otherwise Known As
I gotta say the three day diet otherwise known as the british heart foundation diet is a big waste of time. I tried it, it was so hard. By day three I was a weeping wreck, tired and ratty, but hey, great news - i thought - i had lost 5lbs. So the theory was this would be fabulous, if I could eat normally the rest of the week and just do this once weekly, if I could keep it up to 5lb a week I would shift that 5 and a half stone in no time. However, much to my dismay, 2 days after finishing my 3 day diet I had piled 4lb back on! And I had kept the calories down to around 1700 or less! All that effort for nothing! I have now invented my own diet where i eat 4 or 5 meals a day which is really working for me, unfortuatly I have to say sorry guys, it's all healthy eating! I guess there's no way around it! Still on the plus side I discovered that tuc crackers with cheese and an apple is delightful and much better than my regular serving of coco pops and a double decker, or if i'm in a rush - nothing!
My experience has been exactly the same, as above. It's a diet or a very fast way to lose a few pounds in a hurry, if you need to get into a certain dress or outfit for a special occasion.
I lost 5 kilos every time, only to get it all right back, the rest of the week. It's hard and you do feel very hungry. My stomach was for ever growling!

Im On Day 3 Of The Diet And Although I Have Found
Im on day 3 of the diet and although I have found myself sticking to the diet completely I was dissappointed when i went on the scales today and I have only lost 2 lb, I hope that tomorrow when i wake up and go on the scales there will be a dramatic difference!! Because I'm starting to fear this was a mistake!

I Am On Day Two Of This British Heart Foundation D
I am on day two of this British Heart Foundation diet, i do not feel hungry. I was wandering if I could just have a day break or a two break before going back on it as I timed it wrong. I started on Saturday and will finish tomorrow. So I thought if I start Tuesday or Wednesday it would be better. Any ideas?

I Have Only Just Started The British Heart Foundat
I have only just started the British Heart Foundation Diet diet and am halfway through day 2. So far I have lost 4 pounds!!! I recently put on 4 stone due to a combination of several illnesses I suffer from and the medication I have been prescibed. I tried Slimming World and Weight Watchers but lost no weight on either. I know both diets are very good as have lost weight on both in the past.
I was very sceptical of this diet to begin with and the reviews as I found it very difficult to believe you could lose this much weight in such a short space of time. The key is to stick to it religiously and eat sensible on the 4 days off. I can't wait to see how much I have lost at the end of the first 3 days!!!

My Husband Was Told To Loose Weight During An Annu
My husband was told to loose weight during an annual check-up last year and the practice nurse in attendance offered him a copy of the 3 Day British Heart Foundation Diet Sheet which she was following herself. Both being overweight (15 stone and 12.5 stone and in our 60's) we decided to heed the advise. We dieted and walked 3 times a week from October to February, lapsing slightly over the Xmas period - I lost 2.5 stone and my husband lost 4.5 stone. We are delighted with the weight loss and have been careful not to put the weight back on so it definitely worked for us.

I Stuck To The British Heart Foundation Diet, And
I stuck to the British Heart Foundation diet, and found it to be a very safe diet. It worked better than the South Beach diet, which made me very ill after.
I Lost 4lb in the 1st 2 days, it was unbelievable! I put on 10lbs after a 3week cruise, and just could not shift it until doing this diet. after week one I have lost 7lb! Wow and I am not a big person either, so this diet really works for everyone.
