Utterly Appalling
Where do I start?
There are 3 company's all under the same guise.

Do not ever use these, they enter you into a pre paid agreement when you book in a parcel - they do not tell you this.
What this means is that, they have access to your bank account and can take money out at will.
No mention of this when booking your parcel.
I sent a parcel weighing 17kgs, at a cost of roughly 20 pounds - this was too good to be true!
Once UPS had delivered it, parcelcompare took over 50 pounds from my account unauthorized.
There reason was this -
The parcel weighed 60kgs and not 17kgs as I booked in as.
Complete and utter lie!
It was small item, we all know how heavy 60kgs is! you wouldn't be able to lift the thing =D complete lie and they couldn't show me any proof either! Pathetic.
After much frustration, I eventually got my 50 pounds back via paypal ( not easy at all! )
You have to be persistent and never give up.
This is not good enough however, all you have to do is google for reviews to see how many people they have tricked like this - its just terrible.
And they continue to do it!
We need to take them down.
They are under investigation but They will just change their company name as they have done before.
BE WARNED - stay well clear and go direct to the courier.

Over Priced, Unreliable And Customer Service Poor.
Horrendous experience. We needed an urgent delivery sending so paid over £60 to ship 10kg to Southern Ireland on a next day service. No delivery, claims address was incomplete. Strangely when address used was entered into google it took me straight to the delivery address? Customer service was disinterested, girl just added 'have a nice day' and :-) to her message. No help but on ringing again, a nice guy sounded interested, said he would be back in touch within the hour to let me know what was going on, guess what.....nothing! Expensive mistake, never use this company again, seems they and Parcel Hero are one and the same company, tells you something??

Failed to pick up parcel and then refused to give a refund. Stated address was wrong and sent me a really tiny screen shot which had obviously been garbled by their system. All shipping documents sent to me had the right address, but according to them my address was wrong so they refused to give me a refund because their system garbled it. I have used them before and no problem but looking at their negative reviews of late they can no longer be trusted. They did not even try to help it was a straight out we're keeping your money,even though emails and telephone numbers were given they don't even contact you to let you know there is a problem. Funny how they can be ultra efficient to contact you by email when telling you no refund. Had dpd collect my parcel for cheaper using exactly the same address I supplied to fastlane and guess what they collected it and got it delivered. WON'T USE FASTLANE AGAIN.

Damaged Parcel
Used them once, insured, one parcel with baby mattress got damaged with a knife - when claimed they refused to compensate.
Will never use again - this is a garbage company.
Poor Customer Service
Company failed to pick up package as per their suggested schedule then sent me an email at 9pm requesting I reschedule pick up via their website. Nothing wrong with that except that it attracts a penalty of 6 pounds to do that. Their chat was no manned most of the time.

Package lost with UPS. UPS then found it, opened the parcel, and wrongly packaged the contents again, which lead to a damage of the TV that was being shipped as a gift. I was STRUGGLING to receive answers from Wedeliverytheworld sending dozens of emails to get through to the customer service and soliciting any type of feedback. I felt like a beggar asking for answers regarding something that was botched on their side. In the end no pay out for the damaged contents as it turned out to be on the exclusion list. Fair enough. What bothers me is that I didn't even get a compensation for the cost of shipping due to a several week delay in delivering the damaged item. Great. Will def NOT USE again and recommend everyone to AVOID at all costs.

Overcharged After The Event
I submitted the exact weight and dimensions when I got th quote for my parcel. I paid the money and had the parcel collected. After it had been delivered I got an email saying that the parcel was either heavier or bigger than I had stated and unless i could prove otherwise they were going to charge me extra. Of course I couldn't prove it, the parcel was in Sri Lanka. I emailed them and told them how disappointed i was and that I obviously couldnt prove the size and weight. I got no reply. Today, they took the extra £4.95 from my Paypal account. I wont be using them again.
Do Not Use This Company.
Having sent a parcel to America, I was then invoiced for excess charges which were more than the original cost of sending the parcel. Their assessment of the parcel weight was more than three times its actual weight.There is an appeals procedure which requires you to have taken a photograph of your parcel next to a tape measure before sending. Unfortunately they don't tell you that at the time; that information is hidden in the terms and conditions along with their justification for the excess charge - 'volumetric weight' although the explanation for that is strangely hidden behind a broken link. Communication is only by email and despite an assurance that a reply would be given within 4 hours, it had not appeared several days later.
It seems that this company promises cheap prices and then makes up the cost in excess charges which it is almost impossible to challenge.
Absoultely Shocking Service. Don't Use.
This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is horrendous and they are rogue traders. Do not use unless you want to loose your goods, have them damaged, pay insurance to protect them and then be told the insurance doesn't cover damage. Absolutely disgusting.
Worst Service Ever
Terrible. We were guranteed next day delivery by 9am but this company did not fulfil this supposed guarantee. They were supposed to pick up a parcel from one location and deliver it to another by 9am the following day. i called as my parcel had not been collected but offices were closed at 7pm. bsolute joke.
No one contacted us to tell us that the parcel would be picked up the following day which is a joke considering we were supposed to receive it that day.
Worst delivery company ever. Office hours ridiculous and inability to contact people is a joke. Don't say guaranteed next day delivery if you cannot actually do this.
Pathetic excuse about Christmas used as it was 16th December, but this is not an acceptable excuse.
