Ok On Small Purches But Refuse Payout On Larger Ones
Booked my £2600 holiday with Sykes Cottages through Topcashback. Promised 3% cashback but now they're refusing to pay out.
Its funny how all the small ticket amounts get paid no problem, but when it comes to the big ticket amounts TCB say "there must have been an issue with your cookies"

Poor Service, False & Misleading Claims & Faulty Algorithms
Their so-called customer service team are mostly ignorant, unhelpful, patronising, time-wasting, (possibly being deliberately obstructive to make you go away & not bother them any more), and very frustrating. They are incapable of understanding simple problems and have little understanding of how their own website and processes actually work!
As for their processes: their algorithms cannot do the most basic mathematics! They can't add up or subtract without making basic, fundamentally errors in their calculations (for instance £55.00 minus £25.50 SHOULD equal £29.50 - but Topcashback's FAULTY algorithm comes up with £29.49 - a small, but FUNDAMENTAL ERROR). I always say that, if they can't even do the simplest, most basic things right, then they must be UTTERLY USELESS at the bigger calculations or more complicated sums!
Other issues include their fake, made-up, misleading tracking statistics - Take eBay for example, which is showing an unbelievable, simply IMPOSSIBLE 100.00% Satisfied Tracking Stat - what utter garbage! - I have had many eBay transactions that have failed to track, and their are plenty of merchant reviews* of eBay from people unsatisfied with the tracking experience!
*The merchant reviews by users are default sorted in a way designed to MISLEAD - they are sorted by HIGHEST START RATING FIRST, rather than the fairer way of by date.
I get the impression that Topcashback have little integrity and don't care at all about transparency, honesty or accuracy. They often act in an arrogant, patronising way like they are infallible and superior, yet they are NOT a charity but are in reality, a privately owned, PROFIT MAKING business, whom would not be able to survive without us customers- about time they remembered that, started to respect customers and started to actually earn trust, (my stopping misleading customers so blatantly; being honest, transparent, and fixing the dodgy algorithms that are FAULTY and currently not-fit-for-purpose)!

Absolutely Useless
Have contacted them about 10 times unsuccessfully advising of login details. It got a stage where they owed me a rebate & when I advised I can not login I was informed try resetting password, which I also done on many attempts still at square 1,
Please do not use this organisation!!!!!

After Three Purchases With Different Online Stores
After three purchases with different online stores and meeting the criteria reflected on their website, no cashback has been given.
The excuse, "not being able to link the transaction to their website."

Would Not Refer A Friend Again
i referred a friend, using all the correct links, they have had their £10 bonus and built up a fair amount of cashback which by topcashbacks rules should then have trigged my referral bonus, no sign of friend or bonus, twice i have contacted them by their own ticket system to be ignored.
Dont bother referring friends it seems you are just being used as a free
customer recruitment agent.

Topcashback Mis-selling Deals
Topcashback should not be allowed to continue advertising a deal and then not honouring the amount. I purchased a Virgin broadband package which was tracked.
After a few months Topcashback stated I was due £35 and refused to pay the £140 they advertised for that deal.
Don't bother using them as they will falsely advertise and not pay you the right amount. They will even let you know that you can't escalate your complaint and they are not regulated.

I Bought A Kindle On Amazon Uk Via The Topcashback
I bought a Kindle on Amazon UK via the Topcashback site - on the promise that I will be refunded the cashback offered for the deal at a later time. After some months, I lodged a complaint as a result of not receiving the owed sum of £10, I finally heard back and was informed I will have to accept 0.01p and only after that will I receive the owed sum It's been such a long time, I'm absolutely disgusted with the lack of morals here and people need to be aware not to sign up to this site. The offer deal was advertised on their webpage.

Very Disheartening When You Get Emails Rejecting Your Claims
I would definitely steer well clear of this site. Aside from the time signing up and having to always navigate through them, it is very frustrating to have your cashback claims rejected. I am going through this now; they've declined the claim even though I have given the number of the insurance policy I bought and their own records show I visited the TopCashBack site at the time the policy was bought. It just makes you upset, angry and feel helpless dealing with them like this. The money is promised but doesn't materialise - unless it's a few pence and how much time is worth wasting just for that?
£2000 Worth Of Purchases Not Paid Out Since 2020
I have been using TopCashBack for years with hope that they will pay out the cashbacks. Unfortunately they only track small purchases. I have purchases totalling £2000 that are worth £100 in cashbacks, non of them have been tracking since October 2020. I had small purchases at around those dates from same retailers and they have been tracked, surprisingly purchases were of small sums(not expensive). I have started using they competitor cashback service and they track every purchase no matter the price of products and I get cashbacks in timely manner. I have raised claim at the end of 2020, they never helped me in any way, just reply with similar message every time and ignore me until I ask for an update again and again. Very disappointed with their service.

I have accumulated money throughout the year, most orders have been constantly pending even tho they were bought and had email saying I’ve earned cash back. I tried taking money out but it gives me no option to use bacs payment , this company takes more than u earn. Stay away from them u get better offers on the original companies websites on offers. Terrible customer service they don’t respond.
