Avoid Using.

This website used to be good, now it's downhill, cashback gets declined by retailer for no valid reason, just vague response that terms were not met, trying to reason with customer support is pointless, needless to say will not be using this website in the future.

Quidco Was Ok Till March2020 Now They Keep The $

From March this year Quidco turned into a money grabbing company that stop paying customers and keeping all money for themselves.

They decline payments or delay them on purpose and the staff just give you the biggest BS when you question your transactions.

Expedia Added To List Of High Cashback Rejections

I have been using Quidco for many years so fully understand the clear cookies etc. MOre often than not though I find that where a retailer has a significant cashback figure there is a tendency to reject the cashback or claim on a minor technicality which isn't even correct. The claim is rejected by Quidco with a generic message saying that is the end of the claim...no appeal etc. Quidco seem to forget that we are the customers not the retailer. they should have a clear policy that if a retailer has a track record of rejecting x% of claims etc then they should be stopped from advertising cashback on the site thus protecting customers from shady practice and unfair trading.

I treat cashback as a 'bonus' like the majority of Quidco customers but it still irritates me that retailers are allowed to treat Quidco customers this way. COme on Quidco show some backbone and stand up for your members

Cashback Rate Changed A Few Days Later!! Dont Trust Quidco

I purchased on a 6% cashback for Victoria Plum, initially the rate and amount was correct, a few days later they changed it to 3% and told me to basically prove it was 6%. SO A WORD OF WARNING SCREENSHOT THE % RATE WITH THE DATE TO PROVE IT...otherwise you may not get the amount you think...Terrible service, they robbed me of took about £28 from me, but the amount of damage all my reviews will do , will be more than £28!!! You have been warned!

Getting Worse As Time Goes By

Have been a user since 2010 when Quidco used to be a reliable and efficient cashback provider. My, how things have changed! Claims take forever to process if they get paid at all. Far more claims are declined without reason and the customer services department come armed with nothing but a cut and paste list of stock responses, mainly blaming someone else or simply stating that their not prepared to investigate your claim. Don't take my work for it. Google Quidco, you'll see my experience is no uncommon. I suggest that you put your trust in another cashback site.

Cashback Payments Seem To Take Longer Or Get Declined

Cashback used to happen a lot quicker, it now seems that most transactions take months to process and then its hit and miss if you get paid. Sometimes cash back declined, I've queried and its been rejected without any valid reason. Check the reviews, there are some companies that pay quickly but is it worth that transaction if you fail to get the advertised cash back?. Probably not - maybe you should look at other more reliable & faster paying cashback companies.

Don't Bother

Firstly let me start by saying that Quidco used to be a good site. The process worked well and if you had a query, a dispute or a claim then the staff would deal with this efficiently and fairly. Recently however this level of service has disappeared. I’m not sure of the reason but I get the impression that they may have outsourced their customer service or perhaps they have significantly lowered their recruitment standards. The quality of the service provided has dropped to a level where the Contact Us option on the webpage is hidden behind a number of generic ‘help’ options that obviously never answer your question, clearly they don’t want you to talk to their customer service staff! When you do eventually get given the opportunity to send an email the reply you receive will not only not answer your question but will also give the impression that your email has not even been read properly. Believe me I’ve had some bizarre responses to some very straight forward questions.

The final straw came with a claim. I’ve had to claim before but as I say this has always been an efficient process and I’ve not previously had any issues. On this occasion my initial emails were either ignored or the reply was a generic response that did not address the issues that I had raised. My request to escalate the claim was also ignored and despite the fact that I had pointed out significant errors, In their emails this was also ignored, I even provided proof in the form of correspondence from the company that I had made the purchase from. Still a point blank refusal to engage in any meaningful dialogue.

It would seem that Quidco are not interested in retaining customers, providing a service or even abiding by their own terms and conditions so I have closed my account and moved my business to a competitors site (Top Cashback). Several months later and I have to say the difference worth it. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

No Cashback :-(

Despite purchasing a combined buildings and contents insurance policy via Quidco back in May, cashback has been refused. It has taken 6 months to find this out and the retailer is stating that the cashback has already been paid to another referrer. Who? Why? No other referrer has been involved in the process, just Quidco. The only reason for choosing this policy was for the cashback. Will not be renewing and will not be using Quidco for my next purchase. I have tried to leave a review on the Quidco site but cannot see any way to do this.

Stay Clear

I'll never use Quidco again. Didn't honour the cashback they had advertised if I ordered food with Hungry House. Customer service don't want to know and take 5 days just to reply. Don't bother with them.

Not Worth The Hassle

Been with Quidco for a couple of years. The promises of cashback appear very good but trying to actually obtain payment for legitimate purchases if a nightmare and customer service is of no help whatsoever. Try another cashback provider as there are plenty other much better options out there.
