We Used This Company For Our Wedding Back In May 2
We used this company for our wedding back in May 2006 and what a ripoff!! The pictures were ok...but there were so many poses that were NOT taken, and too many far away shots. THen when it was time to get our album, it took FOREVER. Everytime I called to find out where it was, we got the stupid answering machine and the one woman we dealt with had a real attitude. I would NEVER recommend this horrible company to ANYONE!!!

The Photographer Was Late And Slow In Setting Up.
The photographer was late and slow in setting up. Did not read the directions we supplied. Pictures were terrible. Missed many important shots. Even the caterer had a complaint. When we coplained about the pictures they offered us a package upgrade.

We had such a great experience, we were worried about booking them so far before our wedding and guess what, it was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

My Pictures Were Awful. They Kept Calling Me And A
My pictures were awful. They kept calling me and asking if I wanted to upgrade. I ordered a 92 POSE book, where 24 were supposed to be full page and the rest 4 to a page. They asked if I wanted to pay 500 to upgrade to digital, I said no. They upgraded anyway, and then wouldn't allow me to have 24 full page pictures!
Also, the contract said the would do digital editing, but when I asked them to edit a picture, they said it would cost 50/hour extra.
NONE of my pictures were good.
These people were the WORST I have ever delt with in my life.
The parent albums are smaller then 3x5. They can fit in your pocket.
I spent over 4k and they still treated me awful.
For my engagement picture, I paid an ADDITIONAL 350 (haggled down from 600, but was originally priced at 150) to have the picture matted and framed. THEY NEVER GAVE ME GLASS for the frame.
I would NOT use these people.

Make sure you call the big office in PA if you have issues, I made the mistake of not doing that in the beginning.

You pay for your "package" at Lindelle Studios, and then when the day comes to pick out your albums, pictures, etc., you find all of these fees and extra photo charges ... They did not explain to us over the phone all the details when setting up an appointment to make our albums. I asked again what I can pick out and I got a vague description. When we got there we realized why!
I had a similar experience with Lindelle studio. They are an awful company to deal with. My pictures were mediocre and less than average at best. TO make matters worse they were all the same poses. I look at other albums of friends weddings, with a different photographer, and I could cry. The other photographer’s pictures are beautiful, and then you have my experience with Lindelle, terrible... The customer service is a joke. They were rude and insulting and seemed angry and annoyed that I was complaining about the quality of my pictures. Even an employee of the company said the photographer must have used the wrong flash when explaining the strange coloring/white out, of some of the photos. She was also the only kind employee to offer a sincere apology for the experience and offer comfort. They say-" We believe in providing our clients with the best photography and video, at the best prices, combined with stellar customer service...” They couldn't be more wrong with that statement. I was not provided with the best photography or photographer and I definitely did not receive stellar customer service, quite the opposite. I have yet to receive even an apology for the way I was insulted and treated. It was my wedding, not just some Saturday night with the girls. If you can avoid using Lindelle, please do, you will thank yourselves for it!
