Never Shave Again was ordered in June, I did not like it was returned a week later. To 2025 Linden Ave.. Linden, NJ 07036 along with a tracking number. It shows the warehouse received it back on 7/28/14. Trying to get my $100 refund back, has called & e-mailed customer service over 20 times, trying to get my refund, still have not received it. Excuse after Excuse why it's taken so long. Big Surprise now my complaints by e-mail is being rejected and sent back.

This company puts up a nice front then slams you in the back. You will not get your money back on this product that does not work. I tried very hard to make it work and it is just a waste of money and time. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought mine, I would not have wasted my time or money. I am now going to be calling them every day until I get a refund. I think they will get to know me! Only put a star because I had to.
Good Luck Getting A Refund
It has been 3 months since I returned the removal kit with the correct refund authorization number and have yet to receive my refund. Several attempts to contact them has been futile. The product itself takes way too much time to remove any substantial hair,who has the time!
The product itself does not really work. Even if it did work, it is designed so badly that it is very difficult to operate. You are supposed to hold down a button but it is very difficult to hold down for 3 minutes they tell you too.
They would not refund and would not respond to my calls. I had the credit card company deal with them but they would not even deal with the credit card company.
This company is a ripoff. They are very very nice at the beginning but no customer service when you need it.
Never Shave Again Laser Fraud
This product is worthless. I returned it and never got a refund. The person who said they got a "used" one probably got the one that I returned. I returned it to the only address I had after steadily calling them for two weeks and only getting a busy signal. They then contacted me and said I sent it to the wrong place and was too late in returning it. There is NO return policy. It is a a fraud and the item is a definite piece of garbage. I am ashamed of myself for falling for this, and hope that this review will keep others from ordering.
I do wish that this review link would pop up before the order is complete.

Ripoff - Does Not Work - They Will Not Refund
Only way to get your money back from these scammers is for your credit card company to take them to arbitration. Mine did, and finally got the money back.
Report this company into the IRS. They claim to make refunds while keeping the income but not paying taxes on it. Every report to the IRS will make a difference.
I don't know where your based but I have had Lasr Hair Removal practically everywhere I went to Skindeep Laser & Beauty in Leicester they have one also in Coventry, they have the same laser that Kim Kardashian had her treatment with. I am over the moon with my results I had six sessions on my legs my last treatment was February 2012 I still have no hair, my underarms & bikini took more treatments but well worth it, they are not cheap but competitively priced. You get what you pay for excellent results worth the money.
Hi, I have had a very negative experience with REM too. I paid £550 for unlimited treatments for a year but IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL! How would you advise me to take further action? Will it be possible to get my money back?

They are the biggest ripoff and will not refund your money. It is always the same reps that answer--Jackie, Melissa, or Linda. They give you the runaround and have stolen my money. I will dispute the charges with my credit card. I hope someone shuts this down quickly.

I agree--I even have their speech memorized lol. They give you the runaround and have literally sent a request for my refund 30+ times. I will continue to call them daily just for the hell of it.

Why is it that I can't get my money back? I ordered it on 7/10/14 for a gift, was received on 7/20/14. Did not like the merchandise, so it was returned on 7/22/14. I got a tracking number from UPS. Followed up and it shows the merchandise was received back on 7/26/14. I still have not received my refund as of today, have called the company 10 times, have csr name's, date I called and time. Keep getting the run around about my refund, I will make sure to let people know (do not purchase from Never Shave Again).
