DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

I ordered a Mophie juice pack plus from this site. What I got was a clear fake imitation case, in a jiffy bag with no proper packaging. Not even subtle.

Have e-mailed them with no response and note on their website they have only an e-mail contact address.

Do not buy from mobile guru they take your cash but they won't give it back when you return the item they will lie they didn't receive the item. They do not get back to you when you email them & they don't take phone calls. I have waited 10 weeks so I spoke to PayPal & they sorted it out in 5 minutes for me.

I recently purchased a iphone case with built in charger. I found out of the American company, who manufacture this case, that it was a FAKE.

after a few internet searches i found that the website mobileguru.co.uk has a history of selling fakes and are being investigates by trading standards.

Do not buy from this company!!!

This is quite an extraordinary device which I was suprised works with 3 sim cards in one phone. I ordered this from MobileGuru and it arrived very next day even though I requested standard post. Well impressed by product and service.

Ordered and received an email saying that they were shipped more than one month ago. So far nothing arrived, several emails sent, no reply, tried to call them but goes to an answer machine. So far my worse experience in Internet shopping...

I payed by credit card...any one advice me ,how to get my money back ,please !!

Ordered a refurbished k770i, never arrived and have not been successfull in getting anyone to answer the phone, waste of my time if you do order use paypal or your credit card as they will be able to get your money back, never pay by debit card as no one will ever care if you lose you own money! I used paypal - slow resoulution but it gets there in the end. AVOID MOBILE GURU!!!!!!!!!!!

This is quite an amazing little sim card. It allows you to use your mobile on other networks. Well worth the money.
