Having Been Ripped Off By This Company In Much The
Having been ripped off by this Company in much the same way as other reviews, I wanted to report a success story with getting my money back. I got caught after repeatedly asking the sales person that this was a genuine loan offer. After getting his assurance that it was genuine, I paid my £69.99. Soon after, I checked this review site and realised that something was wrong. I had been referred to Enhance through Churchwood Financial. I therefore contacted the Compliance Officer at Churchwood who was great. She advised that they were no longer referring clients to Enhance but also that she would request a refund on my behalf. To follow this up, I then used the letter from getyourfeesback.com and one week later, I got mt money back - less a £5 admin fee. So my advice, if you were referred to Enhance by Churchwood, contact them, also use the letter at getyourfeesback.

That's great you got your money back but you could have simply filed a complaint via your bank? That's what I did. I too, stupidly paid the £70 then checked this site and knew I was ripped off. I cancelled the agreement within 7 days and they promised to return my money after a month. When that didn't happen - I contacted my bank and they got my money back for me. I was ecstatic! I was also referred to Magic/Ehance via Churchwood. I was angry at them for referring me to a useless loan company. I'm glad that they are no longer doing that.

I’ve asked for a loan from Magicloans I’ve been accepted and I’ve signed paperwork etc but there asking me to pay £73.87 up front for first payment, and I don’t have to pay again till February 2023 , I haven’t sent them any money yet but just want some advice.
