Done & Dusted In No Time!
In simple terms I had a couple of issues accessing mail, logged on the 'live chat' after a very short time established what the problem was and got it sorted. actually has problems with a couple of accounts turned out to be a issue with the network i.e. nothing to do with freezone but they where able to get it sorted & working without ant apparent effort.
We are all very pleased with the service.. in fact fully recommended.

I have had to contact Freezone a couple of times this week due to problems getting in to my cpanel and using it.
Made a phone call one day and online chat the other. It was great NOT to be passed from person to person and matters resolved within a few minutes.

I just bought my domain a couple of days ago and I had amazing experience with it. The website is really well organised and easy to use. I happened to chat with a member of staff regarding the DNS settings. His name is Oliver Finn and he was really helpful and answered all of my questions.
