I am very impressed by the speed and quality of the service and also that of customer service. You hope never to need customer service however, my experience is that the UKC team are excellent, both in the quality and speed of their response. I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend. I would also say that the quality and speed of service and support are the most important criteria to use when measuring one supplier versus another, UKC get my very best recommendation, thank you.

My request for advice involved several website issues such as layout and presentation of both text and photographs. I also asked for further details of how to check on the number of visits each section of the website was receiving.

Initial response from UKC was prompt, although providing a full answer took a little longer, having had to be passed on to the team at Level 2.

Generally, the website is ideal for our purpose and is good value for money. The final published version always looks very professional with very clear text and images.

Although my domain experienced a number of unexpected difficulties when UKC05 was migrated to latest version of plesk, response from customer support team was excellent and all issues have been promptly resolved.

I had my website transferred from another hosting company and I had no idea really how to do the transfer but UK Cheapest did it all for me which was brilliant. I have been with UK Cheapest for a good few years now and found them always helpful and polite.

I have been a customer since 2009 and have had very few issues, those that have popped up have been resolved really quickly.

My most recent one was to request a transfer to Plesk 12 which I should have done ages ago but was managing to get what I wanted done within the set up I had.

It was Dec 31st when I decided I should update my website with a New Years message and was so surprised that my issue was dealt with so quickly and easily - kinda wish I'd got on it sooner and not put it off.

We have very few issues with our domains managed by UK Cheapest.

Have transferred most of our domains to this provider now so they are easily managed from one place.

Their support is easy to contact and very fast to respond.

Had an issue with domain forwarding for one of our domain and contacted support by e-mail on a Sunday afternoon. The problem was resolved within minutes. Great service.

I recently contacted UKC tech support when I couldn't access the mail server attached to my domain which is hosted by UKC. It was a Friday evening. I had a response in minutes. I provided some detail about the problem (DNS resolution) and the next day it was fixed - I was impressed.

One thing could might be improved: I like not being pestered but the occasional update on service changes improvements would be welcome - e.g. when the Roundcube mail login site was removed and webmail access changed to UKC's own - I didn't know about that until I raised a support ticket. OTOH maybe I have set my preferences to "no mail - ever" - I often do things like that if given the chance :-)

UK Cheapest are very good in my experience - no hassle and very helpful. I've relied upon them for several years now.

The name "UK-Cheapest" might suggest that this is a bare-bones service with minimal technical support. In fact I have found the Tech Support team to be very helpful in promptly answering several (novice) questions, updating PHP s/w for me etc. I use them to host a couple of WordPress web sites and I'd definitely recommend the service to others.
