I had the misfortune to use Brighton Trade Windows in 2007/8. Since the installation was completed I have had nothing but trouble with the sash windows (they even fall out) and one of the standard windows and the door. I have called them out numerous times to rectify the problems and to date, they have done nothing. I now have the hassle of taking legal advice on what to do now. Very disappointed and angry. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Made an appointment with estimator on three separate occasions each time he failed to arrive or even phone to apologise. I wrote to the managing director setting out my complaint but the letter was not even acknowledged. At this point I went to Channel glazing and received a quick efficient service with an excellent installation.

After a few quotes I decided on Brighton Trade Windows, an established local company. The sales rep arrived promptly, explained the products and measured the doors and windows and then gave me a quote, which was accepted. The fitters arrived on the arranged start date and time. Dust sheets were placed throughout my property before any work commenced. A total of eight windows and two doors were extremely well fitted in three days. All rubbish was cleared away. Although not the lowest quote that I had, I can only recommend this company.
