I Have Just Paid £300 To Renew My Business Account

I have just paid £300 to renew my business account, now being askd for more money, no phon number, no reply. called the police whom have said contact your bank then us and we shall issue a arrest if not resolved

Non Existant Support

I change my password every 6 months for security. Every time I get locked out of the account until support@ukmailexchange reset it. Every time it takes them 4 or 5 days to respond and god only knows how much possible business i lose everytime I go a week without mail... very unprofessional for my business.

THIS TIME IT HAS NOW BEEN 8 DAYS AND STILL NO EMAIL AND NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT.

I am staggerred at this level of non existant service.

Lost All Emails And No Contact Number

After a technical problem they had over Christmas I lost a lot of business I could not log in. Today I opened 1 email and to my horror have now lost all past emails. I need to contact them urgently but never get a reply from my emails to them What sort of business is this customer service 0%

Failure Of Response Communications

Having just re-newed the subscription 2 months ago(beguining of May) and still having on going issues, we have found it very difficult to contact the administrator over this period.

We have tried Phone Calls and Emails. But no reponse.

We are constantly being kicked out of the site having only layed the screen page dorment for 30 mins.

The over-all feeling is we have not been given what has been promised and makes things worse when there is no written or spoken response.

Very Rigid, Hard To Setup, Tiny Mailbox, Half Undelivered

The system is very user unfriendly and rigid, looks as if it would go with well with Windows 2000 or XP. Half the time I do not receive emails because they block a lot of domains even after adding them to the whitelist. I cannot get any correspondence from eBay whatsoever. I bought a domain name that matches my eBay name but cannot use it, I had to end up using my personal Gmail account instead.

I never got it to work with Outlook properly, if you call them up most of the time no on answers, call back requests are being ignored.

For £30 a year you get a lousy 250MB Mailbox that is always full and you constantly have to delete your inbox.

They Tell Lies - Uk Mail

I was promised deliver of a parcel on Friday 6th November which never arrived on ringing the complaints dept I was told the parcel could not be delivered as I was out. After informing the operator that I had arranged by email were the parcel could be left and had also posted a big notice on my front door to this effect the operator then decided that the driver must have gone to the wrong address.

I was promised delivery on 9th November at 5pm, naturally the parcel had not arrived by 6.15 pm on ringing the complaints dept I was told it would be delivered by 7pm. By 7.20 it had not arrived so once again I rang the complaints department and the excuse now was they could not deliver due to road works. As I live within 30 yards of a major road junction with no sign of road works this was once again an excuse.

It would appear that this company has a whole list of excuses, so far I have had - you were out, delivered to the wrong address, and now road works. Do you think the next excuse will be the van broke down.

The other interesting fact is in the afternoon I had another parcel delivered by a different curier who clearly had not encounted any road works.

I can only suggest you avoid this company and do not order goods from suppliers that use uk mail to deliver as you may never receive the delivery

I don't even know how to describe the level of anger I have against Ukmailexchange. They offer no cusrer service whatsoever and their parent company Surpic limited is just as bad. I signed up to this provider thinking they would be good value for money and were advertised on google. So tried them out, only after did I regret because I noticed they had not sent me an email with all the required information to set up domain etc. it was already a warning sign for me. And when it came to setting up website the nightmare began. They are not easily reached, they don't reply to messages and they do not seem to care either. So if you want to avoid this nightmare please use a different provider and reputable one that will take care of business when required.

I set up my business email on September last year and what a headache that was... Absolutely beep #%*! customer service and no care or consideration from them at all...

UkMailExchange are terrible, they ignore emails. I've had my account hacked and you can't set up iphone with this service. This company is ignorant and very low budget. I strongly recommend finding another provider. Can't believe I paid money for such poor service.

Worst Courier Ever

Very unreliable, An urgent parcel for next day delivery has been lost. Local delivery driver says that so many parcels go 'Walkies' that the company no longer tries to find lost mail.

I have email account with UK Mail Exchange www.ukmailexchange.com for number of years and have paid my subscription this year.

I have been receiving my emails on my PC and iPads with no problems until last Sunday 29th Dec.

Since then no emails have been found in my inbox and I have been wondering why because I always get about 20 emails per day then suddenly no emails in my inbox from last Sunday.

Is there any issues with email servers? nor not been notified and support is not helping, no contact?

Why do I receive an error message when trying to send multiple emails? The email sits in outbox and will not send. Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?
