No Item Posted, No Reply To Messages Taken Money
Ordered and paid 25th march, advertised 3 day delivery ,well its the 7th of April and nothing arrived,messaged via ebay and no reply and that was 4 days ago...
Amazed you have a good rating at all if this is indicator of customer service.
I can only assume their good feedback is fake.

I was sold faulty headphones. I reported the issue within 14 days as per the law and I should have been offered a refund. This was not offered but actively declined breaking distant selling laws. They were ordered on 9th August but I have repeatedly been told that it is over 6 months and there is nothing they will do. I've had enough now. It is 2nd February and anybody with a few fingers can work out that it has still not been 6 months. Extremely disgusted that even though I have shared the legal guidelines this company has no idea that they need to abide by them and feel it is fine to swindle people into buying faulty goods. Proper Del Boys! As they are based in Jersey they do justice to No income tax, no VAT, no money back, no guatentee.
They also market that they have free UK delivery which is falsly advertised as there is a fee!

I've bought several pieces thinking they were great value but they are rubbish. Clever Dog cameras fail after 9 months, memory cards are unreadable after 12 months and wireless earbuds (illegally offered for sale as the had no certification marks!) failed after 15 months. In each case My Memory pointed out they only guarantee for 6 months (despite saying 12 online) and they would not help further, not even providing manufacturers details.
All in all a heap of rubbish with probably paid for dodgy reviews.....avoid

I ordered 2 google home minis from this company and chose them because the delivery date given was perfect for me to be able to give as gifts.
4 days after the stated delivery day and I still have no items. I have contacted them to explain that even if they were to arrive now it would be too late (I needed them last weekend) and I'm happy to return if they do arrive but would like a refund.
All I have had in response is the same information worded slightly different 4 or 5 times!!
They seem to be refusing a refund even after I've informed them that having to buy replacement presents had left me struggling to put food on the table they still do not care.
They don't care about customer service, just lining their pockets.

Ordered a new drive. Standard delivery. Over a week not arrived. No tracking details given. Standard lazy response when contacted.
I don't believe they sent it, looks like this happens all the time, judging from other reviews. Seems like they are gambling that people won't go through the hassle of following up after 15 days
I won't order from them again, I don't trust them.
3 Out Of 5 Usb Sticks Were Faulty
Purchased 5 mymemory branded USB sticks.
Upon using them 3 out of 5 were faulty. Data copied onto them became corrupt and one of them would become full whenever a file was copied onto it, even if it was small file.
Windows couldn't even format the faulty USB sticks.
I expected better from Mymemory who I always thought supplied quality, reliable storage devices.

I paid for priority postage thinking it was next day delivery(£1. 49) Posted thursday - now tuesday, still not arrived - post arrived today(now three working days) save money and take free delivery "not £1. 49 and get nothing for the money"

Avoid! Sends Corrupt Usbs And Keeps Your Money
Bad company. Bought 10 usbs and we're corrupt. I only found out half were corrupt after using 1 then proceeding to use a second and found out it didn't work. Then found half didn't work. Company refused refund and kept money. Disgrace. Not professional at all. Wouldn't even except half the usbs back that didn't work.don't buy from her. Go else where and spend your money on a company that's honest.
My Credit Card Was Hacked After Dealing With Mymemory
I do a certain amount of online shopping so I am careful who I buy from but I was having difficulty buying a mobile in-car charger from high street outlets and liked the look of the charger I bought from MyMemory.
It's early days to comment on the product or the delivery but it does appear to have been despatched immediately.
However, right after that transaction someone has gone crazy with my card details and Barclaycard say it's likely to be an online merchant who has been hacked due to insufficient security or someone within the online merchant.
Last payments were with organisations like M&S, Easyjet and Debenhams - never had issues with any of them.
So if the goods turn up soon and they are ok I would have to revise my 1 star rating but otherwise I am really hacked off that I now have to wait for a new credit card, and other legitimate pending transactions may have to be validated. The timeline is too close for it not to be relevant.
