Why does this web site not have an uninstall button?

I used this site once and it has taken over so that every time I switch my computer on its there

Disappointed In Quality Of Product With Missing Items.

My sister provided me with some feedback on the game called I moustache you a question.

I purchased this gift as a Christmas present for my nephews in the UK using the

online service as I live in Australia.

The game had missing items such as velcro so the game could not be played and also there were no instructions.

My young nephews were looking forward to playing this game and instead ended up very disappointed due to the incompleteness.

I felt upset that the gift was not enjoyed as it should have been.

I am put off using this company again.

Unique Unusual Gifts.

On the flip side, Prezzybox are caught in the middle of the Royal Mail, (nothing royal about them!) & equally unprofessional & extremely slow, Hermes, as both don’t know the meaning of the words. Deliver With Care: or maybe, Don’t bother to deliver at all!!!

However, on the plus side, when eventually your Prezzybox gift etc., is delivered it is top notch quality, & worth waiting for! More importantly, the Prezzybox team are exceptional!! In this day and age, when we are all dealing with unknown Pandemic pressures, whoever answers the customer services phone line, all deserve in my opinion, a Ten, for kindness, patience & understanding, regardless of any negative comments made by other customers. Every single member of the team deserve praise, as they are wonderful examples for Prezzybox.

Terrible Company

Ordered a scrabble photo, sent fairly quickly but sent with the wrong date ! They are adamant I wrote a different date than what I know I requested, poor quality of frame, have now reproduced this item myself & purchased a much better quality frame at a fraction of the cost. Prezzybox will replace the item but at a COST !!!! Damn cheek ! Poor contact from them, afew emails between us but have had to prompt replies, still waiting a response from my last email Friday ! Will never use this company again !!!!!

Will Never Us Again Worst Online Company Ever

Shopping with Prezzybox has to be the worst experience I have ever had! Customer service tells stories then get caught out, delivery is horrendously slow and still waiting some 10 days to arrive. Even if Prezzybox was the last shop on the planet I would not recommend anyone to shop here! If I could give a minus -5 stars I would.

Order Did Not Arrive As Promised!

Ordered my daughters 18 th birtday birthday present a personalised compass necklace and site gave a delivery date. Order did not arrive and I had to telephone twice before I received the news that it wasn’t going to arrive in time. Left me shopping the night before her birthday when I really wanted something special! Got a refund but that’s beside the point ! Disappointed wish I had read reviews before I ordered.

Don't Order From Here For Christmas!!

Do not bother ordering from this site for Christmas 2017 delivery as your goods will not arrive, especially if you are outside of the UK. They don't tell you this until you've already paid and wondering where your goods are. Terrible customer service and deceptive delivery promises. Buyers beware!

Appalling Service - Terrible!!

First we should have the option to have a no star rating as they don't deserve even one!!

They are helpful when they think you're about to order from them. Confirm a delivered date then when the item is not delivered they don't get back to you or get mixed up with the date your item was supposed to be shipped then ignore you again when you pointed out the obvious attaching all the emails exchange. This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, you'll be disappointed and will wait for your item forever if it was sent in the first place!!

Trying to put the review in and there is some banned words that can't be put on the review, what a surprise, like SierraCharlieAlphaMike (read only capital letters)

Absolute Joke Of A Service

Order was late, order was drastically incorrect. Prezzy Box said they would rectify the situation by sending me correct items at no extra cost. Rectification order was incorrect and now they have stopped replying to my inquiries. Save yourself a headache.

Abismal.

Absolutely appalled at the quality of the service; placed order for a 'dear grandad from you to me book' on the 26th November. Paid for delivery which said it would arrive on the 29-31st November; in time for my grandads birthday. It is now the 14th of December, I have not received my order, I have contacted 6 times to which I was only replied to once when I was told that my order would be with me on on that day or the correspondent would send out an order to be received the next day (I don't know HOW she was planning on doing this as the reason it took so long in the first place was as it needed to be shipped?). To make matters worse, when checking the tracker it said that it had been delivered 3 times to no answer; I KNOW this to be untrue as there was someone in the house on all three occasions and we have a fully functional bell, so it is virtually impossible to miss a delivery. Now, after demanding a refund prezzie box is simply saying that they have issued a refund making NO mention of where my product is or what went wrong. It has put me in a very awkward position and I will MOST CERTAINLY not fall victim to this site again, and advise all readers of this to do the same.
