Do not even want to give one star as it has by far been the worse gift buying experience I have ever been through made my order OVER one month ago and still haven’t received anything ended up having to get my money back for half the order but for what has been personalise I couldn’t get a refund and as I didn’t reply within the first 12hours of their email they said they have now disposed of the item. Honestly DO NOT ORDER. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. When explaining how upset I was I was ignored. There’s soo many personalised gift shops I wish I spent my money somewhere that cared about their customers ! Very upset

Ordered a personalised bookmark for my husband's Christmas gift. It turned up 3 days before Christmas - the wording on it was incorrect, the photo had been clipped so the edges were missing and the quality of the bookmark generally was so tacky. Customer service was appalling when I eventually got someone to respond to me. They issued a refund, but I ended up with no Christmas gift for my husband - they couldn't have cared less and didn't even apologise. Steer clear of this awful company!

Don't use this company. They have zero Customer Service skills, and are only interested in getting your money, not your satisfaction. They provided me with two wine glasses with totally different and non-sensical engraved messages on, despite the website showing that each glass would have the same message on. I proved to them that their website was at fault, but they would not help, and were rude and unhelpful. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Wrong Address
If you do the check out with Paypal, the system doesn't not warn you that the address where your purchase will be delivered is the one you have on your paypal account and do not give you the option to change it. I didn't realize and now my purchase is in somewhere I do not longer live.
So I paid for nothing, and after contacting the customer service, I did not receive a satisfactory reply.
I am very dissapointed with my experience purchasing at thegiftexperience.co.uk.

omg I ordered a cushion cover for my friends wedding anniversary to be send a very poor quality cover that looked like a potato sack, disappointment cant describe how I felt on opening the box , all I can say i'ii NEVER use or recommend this web site.

Ordered the name a star for a little boy who's mum died, so he could always see her in the sky! I paid £7 for next day delivery, it arrive, but with the wrong name!!! I rang up, lovely customer services, they apologised and said they will send another one ASAP. The next day after waiting in all day for it, it didn't arrive! I rang again and the said it will be there tomorrow! I waited in all day again and it still didn't arrive!! I rang the following day and cancelled it! I could of got this star from any company, and choose this place. Wish I hadn't! The little boy is motherless and now starless! The hardest transaction I've ever had!! Very disappointed

Not very good quality. Placed order was sent a conformation email, then was sent a email the next day to say the transaction wasn't complete. Reorderd product as request in email. Phoned to confirm order was told there was 2 orders as the original order had been completed. Was told I would be able to resive a refund on original order on the 4th of August. After several phone calls and being fobed off still no refund. Very quick to take your hard eaned money but not very quick to refund even tho it was there mistake. Will not recommend or use again.

A Wonderfully Unusual And And Personalised Gift
Hi,
It becomes incresingly difficult to think of gift ideas for each other (husband and wife) especially as we get older but this really ticks all of the boxes.. It's wonderful not only to be able to personalise an item but to gear it towards a special interest - what more could you ask for. This is a well made and much appreciated item which also makes agreat conversation piece.
Absolutely delighted with this item purchased to mark a 40th Wedding Anniversary.
