Broyhill Sofa and Loveseat

It is a design flaw and broyhill will not fix.Had a repair man out and he says the medal and material make noisy when sitting on it. 1700.00 dollars later, never buy one of these. Jeri

Please do not waste your money. Bought couch and love seat a little over a year and bought the protection plan too. Had to use the protection plan twice so far and calling back again. Back cushions rip away from the back of the couch and the cushions are sagging and the whole couch is falling apart. You can also feel the wood frame through the cushions. Do not waste your hard earned money on junk. Now buying new couches to replace these pieces of garbage.

Purchased this set custom made on June 22, 2011. After a year this furniture looked worse that the 10 year old furniture I replaced. Base where cushions sit were worn with complete holes. Cushion ripped off the back of the couch, and cushions were mis-shaped. Contacted Broyhill several times no response. I have 3 bedroom sets from broyhill but Never Again!!

I received my Broyhill Emily Sofa, Chair and Ottoman which were delivered in defective shape. I have tried to rectify the problem with the Vendor with no satisfaction. I contacted Broyhill and they tell me to deal with the furniture store where purchased. I am very disappointed in the issues with the furniture. Fabric had stains on it, back cushions are not totally filled, fabric is frayed in places, and staples are coming through the fabric. This is unacceptable for new furniture and a disgrace to the Broyhill name.

I purchased a Broyhill couch and chair, the day the couch arrived it was all wrinkled across the front of the cushions. I complained to the store where i had purchased it. they came out and took pictures and replaced the cushions about 2 months later. Guess what? Same problem. I have complained directly to Broyhill with no outcome. Folks, Ed Broyhill is on Facebook, I have sent him a few scathing messages. I sent pictures to Broyhill and they informed me that my couch was up to "Broyhill standards" I stated that I thought I was buying first class quality furnitue, the lady at Broyhill told me their furnitue was second class. I wish i had found your comments before I purchased this furniture. My couch looks old and worn and it is now five month old.

Bought two,two seater couches from Grange & Woodhouse in Liverpool Long Lane Fazakerley, wanted a sofa quickly had i realised house of Fraser have them in stock i would have gone straight to them anyway the two two seaters were dreadful far too hard when i rang and told them they said oh they will get softer! That was it not interested one of the cushions does not fit properly i emailed them a picture i have not even had a reply dont deal with this company have given the sofa to our daughter she cant complain as it was FOC but not the point they dont want to know cost £1300 what a waste of money

We bought a bedroom suite from Broyhill in Coquitlam, B.C., Canada. When it arrived we were very disappointed. The night tables were a dark brown instead of black like the rest of the furniture. We asked them to give us another pair of black night tables and Sherry - there service rep - told us that they have a no exchanges no refunds policy. Also, when I looked at the back it said Made in Vietam and they told us it was made in North Carolina. I checked with our local Better Business Bureau and they had an F, the lowest you can get. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

Our Broyhill Sutter furniture aged 5 years in the first week. The couch cushions sag terribly, almost to the frame, and the back cushions have also deflated and are wrinkled. This furniture by far is the worst we have ever purchased. Never again will we buy Broyhill.

We bought 2 pieces of sofa from Broyhill. They advertised that they can deliver within 4-6 weeks. They also advertised that what they have is Canadian made. Based on these claims we picked Broyhill among many furniture stores in United Blvd.

Our promise in the contract was to pay in full amount which we did right away. Their promise was to deliver a Canadian-made couch in 4-6 month.

After "12 weeks" they delivered a couch with broken frame and ripped fabric.

We had invited our whole friends to the new place for the FIFA world-cup and we had no couch! This is just one of the instances of our loss not to mention the wasted follow up times, etc.

We contacted them over 10 times and discussed this. Not once they called us back on their own. Once asked for store manager they said the store has no manager and that everybody are on their own!! I then asked for the owner, they said the owner does not come to the store.. only 10 min a day maybe!! I asked for over 4 weeks for the owner (apparently Mr. ALI ASSADI) to give me a call so that we can discuss this. To date, he did not give me a call and told the CS girl to tell me that he does not deal with customer issues!

I have pictures of the damaged product delivered after such a long time. They want to take the couch and have somebody try to repair it and give it back to us just like nothing happened.

Unlike their original claim the couch is not Canadian made. It has shipped from Mexico!! So they lied to us on this and on the delivery time to get the deal. These are the very competitive advantages of such businesses and if they get away with this and keep getting the deals by lying I don't call this a fair market.

I bought Broyhill furniture for my living room. The furniture looked old within about 1 year. The cushions were lumpy, the fabric wore horribly and had pills and the frame of the chair was falling apart. I will never purchase Broyhill furniture again.
