Very rude staff after car wash stopping mid wash twice I gave up went in to shop asked for a re fund ,very rube girl on counter that has no idea how to deal with customers could tell had no training on customer service skills,

Later rang up to discuss with manager only to have phone put down on me,won’t be going or using Budgens again if this how they operate train your staff and have manager that want to look out for their customers manage.

I submitted a CV to one of the stores and was told that it would be received by the store manager as soon as possible. After roughly 2 weeks, I went back since I got no response and they told me to wait and be patient for at least another week. It's been a month now and nothing. I am appalled by their services.

Contacting them is no easier as you can't email them and phone calls are complicated with them for some reason. The only reason that they get an extra star is because the people that work there were very friendly towards me.

Otherwise, off personal experience, why work for a business that seemingly doesn't care to even respond to you regardless of the outcome of whether they want to take up an interview or inform you that there is no available position.

Great shop, friendly staff, very convenient. And the food is really amazing and never fails to impress - particularly their cupcakes and fudge! Think they're a great addition to the local high street.

Went to my new local budgens in sherwood nottingham after receiving a £5 off if you spend £20 voucher with an advertising leaflet showing some of their special offers,

The store seems to have roughly the same type of stock as the old co op but worse or unknown brands at the same or higher prices apart from the happy shopper range which is stocked by alot of the local corner shops.

Some of The special offers advertised in the leaflet were not in place in store (items still being sold at full price) & some of them seemed hidden tucked away in corners rather than in prime locations as in most shops.

The store was almost empty and the staff were chatting amongst themselves.

The store may improve and take off but at the moment given the choice of lidl aldi co op tesco & sainsburys all within a 5 minute bus or drive this store seems to be missing a true message or selling point to shoppers.

Good grief!! So, the newly opened Budgens in the centre of Paisley replaced the COOPERATIVE which was infamously ecpensive and poor for shoppers. Everyone was looking forward to better prices! Better everything but what a disappointment! Unbelievably it is even more expensive than the COOPERATIVE was!!!! Good lord! Their Marketing and store development teams did NOT research this location well! There is currently no supermarket in the town centre offering value for money which is what Paisley needed!!! Not another overpriced let-down! Paisley is suffering a recession, people dont want to pay £1:30 fir a cauliflower!!! Just another example of the town Council allowing the wrong kind of businesses in. It's overpriced, badly stocked and most importantly..., overpriced. Get out BUDGENS, Council! Sort yourselves out and get the RIGHT shops back in! No wnder the shop is dead, I give it a year assuming thats the minimum lease but hopefully less! Come on ALDI/LIDL.... where were you in the queue for tenancy!! Booo zero stars.

Your new shop and garage on the kingsclere road a339 is very dangerous on leaving and gaining access back onto the A339,you have a very badly positioned sign which is blocking your view of traffic on leaving the four court, there will be a serious accident there soon if you do not remedy this problem,I hope you do something soon I will not be using this garage for that reason

Significantly more expensive than other supermarkets, including Waitrose, but without the quality. Poor vegetable selection. Branded items generally 20% above the average. Stores operate in areas with little competition, hence, over pricing.

Ok if you have limitless cash, but no good for average families.

Indifferent customer service.

Budgens is the worst shop i have ever been to in my entire life! The customer service is awful! The shopkeepers answer their personal mobile on the job! They are also extremely rude and they shout at you if you say they calculated something wrong (which happens alot!!!). When it says a deal for a product, like 3 for £2,they always charge you extra and when you tell them they are wrong, they shout and say you are wrong and that you should get out before they call the police!!! It is terrible service and it is very expensive and the people there are really rude! This is the budgens in Islington in London.

I went shopping at the Budgens hullbridge store in December for the first time and found the manager and staff very helpfull

The prices are as competative as tesco and asda and I did not have to que at the till

Excellent service I'm now converting to them

Budgens in Ash Vale has just gone downhill lately. I would advise anybody to avoid.

Cashpoint never works and today my wife was turned away from the post office and told to use Tongham Post Office as they had already bagged up their special deliveries.

Can't wait for Morrisons to open.

On the plus side Tongham was fantastic, really helpful will use them again in future.
