BOUGHT THE KIT TO HELP LIGHTEN MY LIGHT BROWN HAIR... KEPT IT IN FOR 30 MINS EXACTLY AND MY HAIR IS THREE DIFFERENT COLOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHITE, BROWN AND ORANGE!!!! I FEEL HUMILIATED AND ASHAMED. ILL BE WALKING AROUND WITH MY HOOD UP. IM SO EMBARRASSED! I AM A QUALIFIED HAIR STYLIST, THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT A GO AND I WILL NEVER BUY THIS AGAIN. I HAVE NEVER DYED MY HAIR PRIOR. I ALSO BOUGHT THE LIGHTENING SPRAY AND IT HAD THE SAME EFFECTS. I FEEL SO HUMILIATED! I THOUGHT THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD COMPANY, NO DEFINITLEY NOT! SAFER TO GET IT DONE IN A SALON. I ALSO HEARD THAT THERE WAS TOO MUCH PEROXIDE WHICH I AGREE AS IT BURNED A BIT. I DID THE SKIN AND STRAND TEST AS WELL BEFOREHAND. DO NOT BUY TIS PRODUCT I AM WARNING YOU!

Have used this product a few times and it always does the job. Always do a strand and skin test as it is a powerful bleach. Has always worked for me and other people who have used it.

It has turned my hair a yellowish blonde from dark brown. It is excellent value for money. My hair is dry but hasn't been too damaged. Its still healthy.

Please, please, please do not buy this product I had long dark hair and wanted to bleach so I could re-dye it to be a lighter brown I have now been left with burnt hair which I have no option but to cut off! I'm just thankful I only left it on for 60 mins otherwise I don't think I would have any hair left! If you want o bleach your hair please talk to our hairdresser first.

Ive got dark brown hair. And forever colouring my hair. Tonight I used this and its worked great hull head of highlights and its got warm blonde colour. Left it on for 60 minutes and my hairs in good condition. Didn't expect it to go bright blonde for the first time. But im happen and I will repeat it in 6-7 weeks :)

I have naturally dark blonde hair which has been highlighted in the past, due to wanting a change I decided to bleach it to obtain the 'ombre' look.It worked perfectly, after leaving the solution on for 35 minutes the ends of my hair were a lovely light golden blonde which looked pleasant and natural, however the condition wasn't great and my hair felt dry afterwards.

This was a horrible product! I contacted the company about the problems I had, and they never responded. First of all, the bottle sprayer clogged after two days. Secondly, there seemed to be any product in the bottle. Thirdly, this product was a gold and very sparkly color, not what I would call blonde at all, and I already have some blonde highlights. Terrible product, horrible customer service. Save your money!

I used this 3 times over all to achieve the look i wanted. When i put the first load on, it just turned bright orange and went dead, i waited a week putting conditioner on every night. Then i did my second attempt and it wen lighter orange, and on my third is when it went light blonde/white. I recommend this product, but you do have to use it 2 or 3 times depending on how dark your hair is to start with. REMEMBER TO CONDITION YOUR HAIR OR IT WILL FALL OUT AND BREAK! But yes overall i loved this product!

I find it very silly how people expect this product to give you JUST blonde hair. It does state 'blonde' on the packet, but this does not mean it will turn your whole head blonde. The product is designed to LIGHTEN your hair to make it easier for you to dye it blonde afterwards. Yes, it results in brassy/orange/redish tones. But this is the same with any other lightener. The product definitely does the job, it does damage the hair but that is expected considering it is bleach. People should expect this and make sure to condition as much as they can and shampoo less. Not a bad product overall :)

had brown hair i used only for 15 minutes and as washed out lost 18 inches of hair no lie i swear had lovely long hair halfway down back now up to my ear and hair is dead just grateful i have this never use this

i used dis dyee today n my hair never been blonder but you should buy 2 IT DOESNT!! GO YELLOW OR ANY OTHER COLOUR PEOPLES JUST TRYIN TO SCARE U!!! SOO USED DIS REALLY GOOOOD
