Tango Ice Blast

From the day it’s installed we had 4 machines been replaced just in 3 months period and the 5th machine is with same trouble .

Wasted our time and money and spoiled our sales and reputation with our customers. Them getting frustrated that whenever they visit it’s not working.

You can be without any machine instead of having this machine and taking your space.

An absolute disgrace to both the Frozen Soft Drinks & Convenience Retail Industries!

They are on standby to take your money, on a rental only basis may I add, but disappear after that. If you get an issue, which you definitely will with these ancient machines that have had many owners previous to you, then you will not get anywhere, you will continuously pay your monthly rental payment but you will not get any help.

I learnt the hard way! If you want to sell frozen carbonated beverage you must buy a new or hardly used one that you own. Slush & Fizzy slush sells very well in my stores, unless its from Tango - Frozen Brothers!

Do not give these guys your hard earned money.

Take my word for it if you are thinking of getting an ice blast machine. They are popular but once they go wrong you can’t get anyone out to fix it

In 11 weeks mine has been on only 2 weeks and that was only one side. Rest of the time it has been off

They now don’t answer the phone

So you have to email still no reply

Having machines off looks bad on the premises too

Especially when we try to run a good business

My advice AVOID

Nothing but problems with this machine. Leaks, noise and excessive vibration. One one call-out their "Engineer" inserted a beer mat between electrical wiring and components to suppress the noise. Absolute jokers Any attempts to contact them is met with an utomated reply wanting more money to collect the machine before the contract expiry.
