Poor customer service. Ordered some socks and there was a problem with the address. Sockshop use Royal Mail - who are useless and haven't delivered or returned the order a month later. Sockshop refuses to contact Royal Mail to help change the address or arrange for it to be returned. Won't be using them again.

I bought some bedsocks in November for a Christmas gift which were not cheap at £11. By the end of April, they had worn so thin that they became unwearable. Sock shop asked me to return them only to be told that I would not be entitled to a refund because it was over 4 months since I had purchased them. I tried to explain that the socks were a Christmas gift and hadn't been opened and worn until the end of December. And why had I been troubled to return the socks if I wasn't going to be refunded anyway? In my view, the socks haven't lasted a reasonable amount of time and to be only offered a 10% discount on a future purchase is not an acceptable solution. I wouldn't recommend this company and I will never buy from them again.

I bought 15 pairs of Bamboo socks from this company Pringles of Scotland were the brand.How disappointed was I when they arrived they were made under licence for the sock shop in China not Scotland. If I wanted a Chinese product I could have bought these from Primark At a lot less !l will never buy a Pringle product again !

Was able to get unique shark boxers and loads of bamboo socks.

Colourful socks for men? Really?! Yes, not only has Sock Shop clothed my poor feet, which used to dread holey threads that they were shoved into each morning, but my tootsies are now a burst of colour. Great socks at a great price and delivered in a flash. What better way to pamper my feet?

SockShop had my order sent out instantly. All socks (quite a few) were great except one pair

witch showed some hanging threads. SockShop replaced them immediately and had the new

pair sent to Sweden in no time. I would happily recommend the site to anyone!

The items I ordered came as described and I have been pleased with them. I ordered some cashmere socks as a present for a friend who has said they are good. The only thing that could have been better was if they came in a brighter colour, but this is only personal preference. The sock shop was one of only a couple of places that I could buy 100% cashmere socks from and the price was similar to the other places.

When the items came they were well wrapped and came with a free gift which was a nice touch. I also feel that if I had needed to returning or exchanging items should be easy.

Having looked all over for socks and underwear for my dad I found exactly what I wanted on this site and for a 94 year old who is particularly awkward to buy for that is no mean feat!
